Calum has years of experience within the security industry and I've recommended him several times over the years. I therefore had no hesitation in using Calum for a large scale project I was looking after. Both Calum and his engineers worked efficiently and professionally installing over 150 Access Control doors at the new Edinburgh St James Quarter. Calum always made an engineer available at short notice to deal with site deadlines. Calum was always responsive to any calls to contact him. I would not hesitate to use Calum in the future.

On initial contact with MSS, Calum explained the Pros and Cons of CCTV, LightCamera and Intruder Alarm systems as I wasn’t sure which best suited my needs. Very useful and informative conversation. As promised, the next day I received quotes for each type of system and an assurance that the work could be carried out a couple of days later.As arranged, Calum arrived on time and fitted the Intruder Alarm in around three hours. When I expressed concern about the key-ring fobs he had other options available at no additional cost. The apprentice came three days later and fitted the additional keypad. The level of service was excellent, faultless and above all friendly. I highly recommend this company.Many thanks Calum.

What a refreshing experience. From contacting Callum via text, to Mark doing the service. Polite and helpful. We recently moved to this house and didn't have a clue. Mark was so helpful, making sure the alarm was set to our preference, making relevant suggestions and then showing us how to use it. This really is service at it's best. We are in safe hands.

Excellent service from start to finish. A quote was provided very promptly by Callum and was very competitive. The installation itself went smoothly and the engineer was a very pleasant chap. He talked us through the installation and did a very tidy job of the installation. No mess left either which was a bonus, you would never know that the installation had just taken place. The alarm box is very prominent at night which is just what we wanted. Great experience all in and would definitely recommend MSS.
