Ever since I got my screen fixed by him the first time my screen seems to keep breaking. I’ve gone back to him twice since then because my screen will break even while in an otter box case. I’m convinced that the screens he uses are bad quality. They also have a blue/purple tint to them and seem to overheat when in sun or a warm room. I found someone else to replace my screen for over $60 less than what he charges. Such a rip off.

This is the doc you need see. My iPhone X fell in a puddle so I shopped all over Vancouver to get it fixed. I was hesitant not visiting a storefront, but no one else offered a repair in 15mins. Time is money, don’t waste anymore of yours and just call!

BE AWARE!!!I was desperate to get a new battery for my iPhone last November. Lured by his 15-minute turnaround time on his website with a photo showing a repair shop l made an appointment. When I got to the business address I saw a high rise residential building (no store front, no signs indicating the name of his business). He showed up at the building entrance, took my phone and said “I will be down in 15 minutes”. When l asked him if l could wait in the building lobby, he said no. Go figure... Six months later the battery he put in my iPhone started to show signs of draining fast without any particular reasons before it completely failed. It swelled so bad and caused a long gap on one side of the phone. Even with a picture I sent him showing the gap as a result of the bulging battery he still danced around with his doctor diagnosis such as a system bug, IOS issue, factory reformat, overcharging, heat dome before finally admitting it is indeed a battery problem. He then offered a slight discount to replace the faulty battery saying he was trying to help me out. When l asked for a refund instead of paying him again for a battery that may fail in six months he stopped responding. I have since called a couple of repair shops and found out that usually there is one year warranty on a replacement battery. Lessons paid by me to the so called iPhone Doctor Vancouver.

Great Service! He has fixed my cracked screen multiple times, he is always available when needed and at the most convenient times. I highly recommend his services. Really great prices and super fast! He also unlocked my phone for me in less than 12 hours.

To be fair, he’s a man of his word - he will get it done in 15 minutes and stick to his warranty. My only issue was that I called prior and asked if he uses the official, exact same screen Apple would use if they replaced it. He said yes, and it would be 1/3 of the price Apple were charging.He replaced the screen but the brightness and colour was off, as well as a line of pixels at the bottom. Also, my home button was wobbling, as the screen didn’t have the ‘groove’ that the official one has. He told me this is what happens on any screen replacement, and I asked if it would be the same if Apple would do it. He said ‘this phone is only worth $100’. That’s true, but I wanted the legitimate screen!I pointed all this out and he refunded me on the spot, and returned the screen to my original cracked one. I asked him why he didn’t just tell me it was not the exact screen Apple uses, but rather an OEM aftermarket one. He maintains its the legitimate screen. It’s not. I work in a job that specializes in QC and can tell it’s not the official Apple screen. You’ll be happy if you’re only looking for a quick replacement though.I think many people would be happy with this service as it’s 1/3 of the price Apple offer. Just frustrated that he wasn’t honest on the phone - I probably would’ve got the same screen if he had told me it was an aftermarket screen and not the one Apple manufactures, as it’s still cheaper.

I booked an appointment for an iPhone screen replacement with Kento after reading his reviews. He was able to accommodate my schedule, greeted me in the lobby and fixed my phone in about 15 minutes while I waited.His prices can’t be beat and are true to the website pricing. Definitely a gem, will contact first next time :) flawless work!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE !! Took my I phone screen to get fixed, they told me one price on the telephone, after service was done price was higher then agreed. After 2 days screen got green/blurry, took my phone to repair again and the charged me full price for the second screen. Terrible customer service, you can find better places around town. Also the store isn’t a proper business store, they service out of their own apartment. Zero guarantee of service !!!!
