They were very nice over the phone and we got it delivered to use. It came very quickly. The pizza was really good. This is the best gluten-free and dairy-free pizza that I have had. Would definitely have again.

The service was great, as one cook, Gurveen was super helpful and allowed me to use their store phone as my phone had died. I asked around at other restaurants and fast food places around and no one helped but she was more than happy to. And she even charged my phone.Overall, they were all super helpful and I am very thankful she helped me!

I had very bad experience at this freshslice store. The night staff was very rude. Although their food was good but their service was very bad. It was very awful experience. They don’t use proper hygienic methods and one girl was grabbing the cheese without gloves.

It’s a fav among our to go to places! Kids generally choose a variety of pizza slices to make themselves a plate and sometimes they have a good deal on too good to go app as well! Wholesome experience always

Ordered through Skip the Dishes, and I had to send a shout out of thanks to the staff for doing my requests :) I always order from Fresh Slice when I crave pizza so thank so much for doing that. Great Customer Service even though ordering app.

The staff is welcoming and courteous at this location. I had an issue with the mobile application order but the staff gurveen was sweet enough to step out and help me place the order and saved time. The pizza was as usual good.

I like this outlet of Fresh Slice, amazing taste and good customer service, especially Sadhana is very good. She serves with a smile always. The food is great as always, my favorite is 3 veggie topping pizza ! Thanks!

I have visited this restaurant twice and found it always super busy may be due to peak hours or staff shortage. We tried their Veg 16 pizza it was good in preparation and taste. I really liked their Roasted Garlic sauce. They took 20 minutes to prepare the order. Cleanliness of the store was average so deducting 1 star for that. There is parking issue with this store if you will go as per the direction of google you will end up reaching at paid parking site on King George road rather use Sky train passenger side parking on whalley road which is free for 15 minutes but that too is on very limited availability so deducting 1 star for that."
