I am a Real Estate Agent that specializes in Property Management. I have used All About Chimney Repair for about 10-15 years now on the homes that I manage. I always refer them to other agents, friends, family & anyone that would ask if I know a good chimney company. I prefer to use small locally owned companies so I can work directly with the company owners that are actually doing the work themselves. John & Lisa are fantastic about getting to jobs fast, professionally & I never worry about the quality of work that they do.

After shopping around, this family owned company offered the best prices. Not only is the office manager a pleasure to talk to, the scheduling was a breeze. When they came out to clean our fireplace/chimney, they were prompt, got the cleaning down within a half hour and left the area spotless. He showed us what we needed to do to keep up the maintenance and how to store our wood properly for future burning. Additionally, the company did not try to sell us any products or other services, and their prices were beyond fair. We will definitely be using All About Chimney Cleaning and Repair LLC again!

Customer service was horrible. The chimney sweep was accomplished in 10 minutes, which is great.? When I called for explanation of what was being done in that small time frame I was basically told its different at every house . Until I asked again and then was then treated to a very rude commentary on how it was my fault that I was not home to get the explanation. I hope the job was done right but who really knows . Customer service is not what this company is about. Never again.

After purchasing our first home and incidentally our first fireplace, before using the fireplace for the first time we looked around for someone to quote us on any possibile work.L and her guys were amazing. They squeezed us in the same day and didn't charge us for the inspection. after inspection, we found out that the last owners had taken good care of it and kept it clean. Lisa called and congratulated us on gaveour purchase then gave me tips on how to protect our chimney from water and moss damage in the future. great home town company!

I am a project coordinator and property manager so often find myself needing chimney services of all kinds. All About Chimney Cleaning and Repair has always been very friendly and responsive to our needs. They always show up when scheduled, they do a good job on all of our projects, and they explain what needs or does not need to be done. They are definitely our go to chimney company. I appreciate them very much and at this point in our business relationship I kind of feel like Lisa is a friend even though we've never met in person.

Since it’s a family owned business, very personable & reasonable & much quicker response with flexibility.The chimney repair work was done promptly & the painting was done later date when the weather permitting on Sunday even though it was originally scheduled on a weekday.They were very reliable & honest with their estimate & I would highly recommend this company for any chimney repair or service.

The chimney in my 1920's home was in very bad repair and I hadn't realized how damaged it was as it has been covered by a climbing rose for the last 30 years. I had almost no mortar left in the chimney from top to bottom. The work that Jon and his son did was just great. They were very responsive, tidy, quick and did a fantastic job. My husband and I are very pleased with their work and we usually have high expectations. Jon and his son met our expectations and then some. I should also mention that his bid was about 40% less that the bid I received from another company. I would highly recommend All About Chimey Cleaning And Repair. No reason to go anywhere else!

Called and left a voice mail, got a call back the next morning. They managed to work with my work schedule and we agreed for a Saturday cleaning and inspection. Instead of selling me a $500 dampener, he got the current one to work! That is honesty you just dont find anymore. On time, thorough, a pleasure to work with. Thanks again!

Lisa was super helpful in scheduling my appointment, weather definitely played a factor, but I was aware that safety is a #1 priority and should be for a business as well as a homeowner. They came quickly, and did the job thoroughly, didn't add on any charges that weren't necessary even letting us know the chimney cap we were told needed to be replaced by an inspector, did not actually need replacing just a cleaning. The total cost was more than reasonable and the job was finished fast! I will recommend also will use again!
