Open 24 hours, this is inside the gas station but the food was as good as at any other A&W. We went on Christmas day and were very happy with the service and the quality of the food.

After being dissapointed at the Cremazie A&W I drove north to this one in Ste-Therese. Wow, what a contrast. Very nice man took my order, I asked for a limonade instead of a soft drink for my usual chicken strip trio. He kindly made the adjustment at no charge, then gave me 2 honey and 2 bbq sauces, no charge, to top it off, i had 4 strips in my bag. I had a nice discussion about good service with him and how he was doing a great job.

I usually love A&W because their food is great (though on the pricier side of fast foods), but that A&W in particular needs to learn how to manage and train their employees. I have nothing wrong against employees making the most out of their student jobs but in this case it comes to the detriment of the service offered. They often are slow and give clear indications that they don't care about the clients. The worst one of the chain by far.

Second time here at night, Thursday night 1:45am5 cars in the drive in waiting, obviously the employee had nothing ready, not even the minimum. I have wait at the order boot, but after 5min no one is moving, no answe from the employee i moved on, what a Shame for the nice Franchise......

They are good and open. They have good service but need more employees because sometime it’s hard when a lot of customers come at same time otherwise it’s all good and behind the petro Canada there is truck parking as well. So park your truck have good meal and enjoy !

No frozen root beer which was what we had stopped for but Rasid (?sp) was very nice and explained the situation and he even offered to call around to other locations to see if any of us could find a location with the frozen root beer. (It was just frozen root beer so I wasn't going to make someone waste their time on that but it was a really nice gesture.)

This is a very convenient stop to gas up. Bathrooms modern, clean, with nice paper hand towels, and it is good for handicapped too.For food there is an A&W..as well as coffee, muffins and other baked stuff. It is also a convenience store. Cold drinks etc. Staff is very kind and welcoming.

Advised drive through attendant that I have never ordered at A&W and asked for her to be patient. She was exactly that. She took time to answer questions and got our order perfect. Fantastic job to her. I did not get her name but was working the window at 14h00 on Wed Aug 24th.
