If you can get through to your consultant, its great, really nice people. Their phone system does not work properly and no one answers the general number, so its best to just call a consultants direct line.

Literally every phone extension you push will just hang up on you. What a joke. I had to phone the Oshawa office to get through to an English speaking human being just to book my test out there. Who actually has time to go in themselves during your b.s government employee hours? A prime example of lazy government workers who couldn’t care less about the people they represent. PATHETIC

I appreciate Mr.Norrick. He's a really good worker among the people I've seen in Canada. Even in Corona's situation, his e-mail answers has been amazingly fast! Sometimes I can get a response in a few hours or a day, and he always listens and helps as needed. Thanks to his help, I was able to schedule the test well and get information about the translation. He's the best employee. I hope he will be promoted !! He deserves it.

I can never get a hold of anyone here on the phone but if you walk in they are fully staffed. They jusy ignore all the phone calls

never picks up the phone to book an exam. very unprofessional. When I did book an exam they canceled the exam and dint inform me so I went there in the middle of winter to find out its been canceled. when I called them no picked up the call. later I was informed I was on a waiting list for the exam since it was canceled. never heard back from the waiting list." now when I call it doesn't even ring just goes straight to voice mail. Honestly save your money and go somewhere else cause its not worth the headache"

Clearly there is no apprenticeship program in place to train the people who spend their days pushing computer buttons and ignoring the telephones in this building... and even If there were, the mind numbing papertrail and its accompanying tedious runaround would surely scare away all but the most persevering and self loathing of sadists...It's amazing what a little Zoloft in the drinking water can do for morale around the office.
