Sherwood Buick GMC

We bought a GMC Yukon XL from Sherwood GMC & had a fabulous experience. Christian was our sales guy, Ryan helped us with finance. They were AMAZING from start to finish - knowledgeable, personable, helpful, great communication & truly made the process an easy + fun experience overall. We are from Calgary and drove the distance to work with them because their customer service was superior to any other dealership local to us. Highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle :)

Recently bought a 2021 Kia Sorento. Things were somewhat smooth but I am sure I might have left some on the table :).Its been about a week and with the warmer weather, i now notice the AC doesnt work. The vehicle is under warranty with Kia, but i expected the used car inspection would have uncovered this.Followup: The freon was at the bottom of the green on the gauge. Added a can and now its at 35 psig and the AC is working somewhat so middle of the blue section on the gauge.

Super sketchy negotiation, they tried to rip me off several times through the negotiation process. First they inflated the price of the vehicle so I turn it down and buy another more expensive. Then they tried to force me into a non feasible deal with terms not previously agreed, in order to pay way more for the car. Do not recommend this dealership to anybody

My experience with Sherwood Buick GMC was fantastic! Right from start to finish they were on top of all my questions and concerns. Professional and curtious is an understatement, from dealing with management to sales I would in a heart beat recommend them! Big shout out to Sherri Labant and Brent Gilin. Also a big shout out to Kris Donaldson from Sherwood Customs for making my ride look fantastic. There was definitely that wow factor when I first seen it!

I was very happy with my service on my 2022 Cadillac Escalade. It was a simple recall and i was happy they could clear it for me since I don’t have a relationship with my local Cadillac dealer. I only trust the vehicle right now with Sherwood. I am sure i will have to build a relationship with the Cadillac dealer near me and I am looking forward to it. But spending an incredibly large amount of money on a vehicle like this, I have to trust I am getting the best service. I am still dealing with a missed winter tire order that i am hoping we can resolve soon.The service department was awesome. I forget names but Matt? He was great. Keep up the good work!!!

I had the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a dealership with Hannah Stephan. she was polite, friendly and got the deal done she checked in with me to see how it was going after I bought my truck and even answered all my questions and concerns! Cheers Hannah thanks for all your help

Do not go here … WARNING!!!We went to Sherwood GM with a very unique situation. It was a big trade in and purchase of two cars.Since the deal was secure we have had nothing but issues. 1. Typical big dealership mentality. Got your deal, don’t care about customer service.Received very rude and unprofessional text messages.Then after the deal was signed and the vehicles where in our possession, the dealership did not do the home work on the payouts and no are blackmailing, threatening us that is we don’t pay for their mistake, they won’t payout the other vehicle’s. This is also a breach on their part. It was to be paid with in 48 hours and it’s been 3 weeks and we have just been notified and they have not paid the balances out. So now we are paying for 7 vehicles.We also have not received our fill order as accessories are still not InstalledWhen I picked up my truck, it was handed to me, not cleaned, no walk through nothing..stay free and clear of this place they are scam artist’s

We have purchased many both new and used vehicles from numerous dealerships across Canada and cant express enough about how great of a buying experience this was for us! After dealing with MANY dealerships in search of the right vehicle for us, Hannah was able to line us up with the perfect match. Doing the majority of this remotely was painless and Hannah kept us up to speed throughout the entire process. Having the vehicle detailed, in the showroom and on the red carpet upon our arrival was nice touch that added to us feeling valued as customers.Ryan and Hannah were both thorough and efficient in getting us into our new vehicle and on the road. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF!!!! Purchased my first vehicle from a dealership, and this one is by far the best and most accommodating. Hannah In sales was awesome and made sure I was getting everything I wanted in a vehicle and there entire management team went above and beyond what I expecting to make sure I left the dealership with a truck that I have nothing to worrying about. 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle!
