I would gladly give this a 5* review, however the staff need some customer courtesy lessons. The mall is under construction, not your fault, but makes it difficult to get to the store. The store does not have auto door openers, again you are just a tenant.I bought a lot of great gifts and the staff was knowledgeable. I have been waiting for the dark chocolate hedgehogs.I use a walker and neither going in or out was I asked if I needed help. There were 2 staffers there and nobody else in the store. On my way out I asked if they could open the door for me which one did. I do not think I should have had to ask

Misha was a great help this evening! Got the last of my stocking stuffers. She even searched the backroom for the smile lollies I wanted for my little cousins. Excellent social distancing and made me feel like I was having a normal shopping trip.Highly recommend this store.I hope the construction is finished soon so this delicious store is easier to get too.

The staff were very helpful and creative. Purdys's appear to be culling the line with boxes shipped to store in fixed sizes... I know for next time to get boxes at a craft store and come in to fill them. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and the end result was stunning.

Friendly staff & chocolate is great! Hopefully the icecream machine works soon because I would love to try it.

So their head office did contact me told me my complaints were legitimate and that they would look into it and get back to me also the manager of the store would get back to me however of course they dropped the ball on that one too!!!! Not only is customer service at the store terrible on the corporate side they need a real good shake up as well.Terrible customer service plus the young lady’s fake nails was also getting dipped into the chocolate sauce, not sure if she noticed while it was happening since they were 3 inches long. The almond dressing tasted extremely stale and the lady’s attitude needs to adjusted, she needs to understand children like ice cream and take a certain type of patience. Rolling of eyes and rude gestures don’t make it a pleasant experience.

Good variety of both common and unique flavour combinations.Hours listed on here are out of date. Ive tried 2 days in a row to stop by around 7:30, which is about as early as I can manage most workdays, but they've been closed, despite saying they're open vtil 9. Odd for the week before Valentine's day

Debra the store manager was sweet, warm and welcoming. She helped me decide what I was looking for and gave me some great suggestions. Will be returning soon for more yummy treats. :)

Delicious chocolate and the lady I spoke with today was absolutely lovely and very helpful!

The chocolates are sooo delicious and high-quality. whenever I gift anyone them, they are impressed.The man who worked there was knowledgeable and friendly.

I have walked by this store so many times, I decided to go in. Glad I did . It is truly a chocolatier". And of course I had to purchase some chocolate just to make sure it was OK. Enjoyed some milk chocolate. M'mmm good. Very clean well organized store."
