So much better than SDM! Great selection of products you won't find elsewhere. Good prices too. The people that work there are friendly and helpful. I wish they had more locations in Ottawa.

I visited this store as I needed to get syringes in order to feed my motherless kittens milk. Could not locate the syringes so I asked employee after employee, just to be looked at like I was speaking a foreign language. They told me they didn’t have needles. I said I’m looking for syringes - NOT needles. I ended up finding them on my own. This is a pharmacy so I’m quite baffled at the fact that nobody here - not even pharmacy workers - know the difference between syringes and needles. All in all, terrible customer service and I certainly will not be visiting this store in the future. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Really wish I could give a 4.5 *. I really like this store. It is my go to pharmacy. Great staff and products and deals.

Used to go to the Jean Coutu in Rockland and never had an issue there but once I moved to Orleans, changed my pharmacy to this one, I only ever feel like I’ve been treated poorly.I came a few months ago for prescription, it took awhile to get their attention and once I was finally get my prescription, the pharmacist kept telling me my insurance is not an insurance without even typing it in. This went on for 30 minutes when she finally got it typed in and found out it is indeed an insurance company.I went once again recently to grab more medication only to have to wait awhile to get her attention, she then proceeded to get upset at me for not speaking French and told me they don’t have my prescription, saying they are busy (there was only 2 people sitting down waiting for their prescription) so I’m guessing she didn’t even check properly.Coming here and going to the pharmacy gives me full on anxiety now, I’m never certain if I’m going to have issues coming here, as almost every time I come I’m on the brink of tears even walking up to the pharmacist desk.With this being such an issue, I plan to switch pharmacies, as I’d rather not be spoken to poorly each time I come here.

I will not likely be going back here. I do not want to support a business that would tolerate their employees getting treated less than they should. I saw what appeared to be a manager berating two employees who were clearly trying to do their best, in front of customers. I felt bad for the employees. Employees should be treated with respect at all levels.

I just had an amazing experience with the agent called «: Alissa Kouassi » her name was given by her coworker who was also really nice to me . Good customer service is so rare nowadays , she made my day . Thank you Alissa and thank you Jean Coutu

I went to pickup a prescription and the pharmacists were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Incredibly helpful and patient

Have always been satisfied. Knowledgeable staff. I just picked up a cup showing a photo I chose. That photo turned out to be smaller than on another cup I picked up last week. Did I make a mistake when ordering or was it made in your lab?

I was here briefly. The store is a little claustrophobic, and not very well organized. The reason for the low stars is that the employees were rude and were a little aggressive. I felt pretty much like they wanted me out asap for some reason. In any case, I will be avoiding in the future and encourage you to do the same.

Every time I went they make me wait a very long time before even greeting me at the pharmacy section. Like I get they're busy but they could at least say I'll be with you in a minute" to show they're aware that I'm there and waiting."
