Good Customer Service. However, the food was underwhelming. The beef in the skillet was freezer burnt you can see from the picture. I try to be fair with these reviews but sometimes for the price point of some dishes there is a certain level of food quality expected. Unfortunately what I got today was not worth the price. Everything that was served to us was frozen prior to being cooked. I know it's a common practice but if you can taste the freezer... most definitely a step was missed. And I am sure some people do like the flavor but today it didn't work for me. Maybe the other breakfast menu is better.I also have a thing for plastic cups because they do not clean very well and they look dirty over time. Also if people are going to be handling food, give them an apron to shield their clothes from food splatter. If not they end up looking dirty.

Definitely one of my top 5 breakfast and brunch places in Regina. It’s a budget friendly restaurant that serves amazing delicious meals.My first experience here was amazing and so I’ve been here a few more times and it was even better each visit. So here’s an honest review :- The wait time to get your meal is pretty small compared to other restaurants.- The strawberry milkshake is unmatched. Possibly the best I’ve had in Regina. (I definitely recommend you try it out)- The environment is very clean and neat.- The staff are very kind and courteous. Our waiter Chloe was awesome.

The price is great for the amount of food you get. The last time I took my family there, our server was amazing even though you could tell she was slammed with customers. Definitely recommend.

Food was awesome service was great . Ordered from seniors menu couldn't finish it ,all big portions. Only issue was we were eating and girl started vacuuming right next to us.

This busy breakfast place offers a wide variety of very tasty items. I enjoy that you can have a savory, sweet, fresh, or simple breakfast; or a mix of everything. The servers are very lovely and are tentative to your needs without being a bother. I really enjoy their eggs Benedict.

Stayed at the attached Holiday Inn which provided breakfast vouchers for this Perkins locations. Food and atmosphere was as expected from a Perkins; however, our server Josie was the best server I’ve ever had. Genuine, friendly, conversational, efficient, considerate, and obviously experienced. 100% would recommend if you are lucky enough to get Josie as your server.

Josie is an amazing server! She was attentive and friendly, and seemed to know what we needed before we even asked, and would bring it to our table. What also set her apart was what she did when she wasn't serving us as well. While waiting for our order to come out, she was cleaning all the tables around us, wiping not only the tables, but the seats and backs of booths as well. She never missed a beat seating customers, serving food, ensuring your coffee was always full, and you always had what you needed. Thank you Josie!

Employees like to talk badly about you while youre eating. People can hear you. The restaurant isnt sound proof to your gossip. First and last time coming here even though the food was good.

We stopped at Perkins for supper while traveling through Regina. Now, I have been to Perkins before in many different cities, so I wasn’t under some mistaken impression that it would be a five star restaurant but I was expecting it to be good, tasty food.I ordered the grilled shrimp skillet and it was terrible. The rice was hard, the vegetables lukewarm, the shrimp were horribly over done and it was topped with a salty sticky sauce.I ate it because I was hungry and let’s face it, just sending it back would have solved none of this dish’s many many problems, but do yourselves a favor and don’t ever ever order the shrimp skillet.As for me, I’m going to totally avoid Perkins in the future
