I usually visit this location during my lunch break and this what I got in my bowl, I ordered veggie bowl, it doesn’t even look like its half, I spent almost $25 and this what I got, very disappointing, when I called the location to get my refund around 1pm the staff told that the manager is not at store, even no supervisor answered my call. How come during the store hours there is no manager and supervisor at shift. Very horrible service I really want my money back and don’t want to come back to this location. I think the staff needs proper training.

Tim Hortons have definitely missed the mark on customer service from start to finish, where are the owners in all of this? Seems they just don’t care anymore. You try and cdd as lol head office and you get no response back or you go thru a maze of options only to not get a response back. Can’t even rate on a scale of one to ten…..can you actually give a negative score between one & ten?

French vanilla doesn't taste like the original one. The one they have, it's like the taste of water. They replaced on saying them, but unfortunately, the same issue went back again in replacement. I'm disappointed at all.

Don’t know how to double toast and butter a simple bagel here. Every week they consistently don’t do any of this and the managers just keep apologizing. Hardly any butter today so nothing like eating a sand paper dry toasted bagel.Wish they would make the quality of food they would expect if they were the customer.

Literally the worst Tims in Langley. Can’t construct a sandwich to save their lives, iced coffees and teas never ever stirred, have to ask for extra everything cause their so cheap with their ingredients and my fave is paying extra for a single slice of bacon to be sloppily thrown on my bagel. The afternoon guy, the “mama” lady and one of the younger girls are the only ones that hold this place together and even then if it wasn’t for the fact I worknear by I would avoid it and just go up the hill

Worst Tim Horton ever visited. Their quantity is very low and their staff don’t know how to treat a customer. Firstly they gave me a wrap as I ordered the bowl. The staff at the drive thru window said keep wrap with you and they will bring the bowl too. Later on when other girl came over to pass the bowl she asked to return the wrap. Even the quantity of iced cap was less. We called to complaint them but they started argue that we just gave that quantity of ice cap. We were already at home and had 2-3 spoons and she said me to bring food back so that they can give us new one. Are you guys serious? You don’t know how to deal with a customer. It is unacceptable. I am never going to visit this place.

weird, I go to this location often without issue. but today go a maple bacon breakfast sandwich... very disappointed. looked like a regular egg om English muffin so opened it up and found a small dab of bacon in the centre and a piece of cheese hanging off the edge I was also given 2 hash browns .. notvordering to fancy bacon thing again. jeez

Burnt small croissant that doesnt resemble a croissant and the drive thru woman was yelling at her boss about co worker issues in front of customers
