Recently had a leak in my tire due to a screw. They fixed it fast and since I bought my tires there it was free. They also found a second slow leak that I had not noticed caused by another screw. Very happy with their service.

Excellent Service from the call center to the tire center. Booked the appointment on the phone, the new tires needed to be ordered and I was given a precise quote, and an exact time to drop the car off. I showed up and they were ready...like a Swiss clock, perfectly timed! They told me the car would be ready in 45 mins and would call me. About 45 minutes later, I received a call that the car was done. Picked it up, there was no upsale, the price paid was what was quoted. These guys are on the ball. Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Took my car in for an alignment and tire switch over. Turned out the alignment was good, so Tony helped me out in not having me pay for work that wasn’t done.I’m Always skeptical of being screwed over in some way, but at least I know here I’m always in good hands

Professional. They’ve helped me through several flat tires, and have made good recommendations and several options when buying new ones. Try to schedule ahead of time. Location could be bigger to accommodate the volume.

We needed winter tires on new steel rims. We provided these and Kal fitted and balanced them. It was ready exactly when they said and summer tires were bagged in the trunk. Price was $28 a wheel as agreed.Recommended.

I had a slow leak and Dave squeezed me in on a busy day before the long weekend and it was fixed within 2 hours. Canadian Tire told me to come at the end of the day as they were too busy, and when I showed up an hour before closing, they said the tech was ready to leave and that they didn’t have the right size patch. No excuses at Kal Tire! They just get it done, as it’s their expertise!

I recently got my winter tires installed at this location. Around $30 to change each tire, so prices are competitive and reasonable. I didn't wait too long to get my tires replaced, but after everything was finished my car was parked between two other cars behind the garage. I literally couldn't get out. Someone from Kal Tire parked the service mini-van right up to my bumper. Eventually, someone came out and moved the van. It's been 2 weeks now, and I don't have any issues with the winter tires. Overall a decent experience. Customer service rep was good.
