Craftsman Collision

I have been meaning to write this review for a while...Back in February, my vehicle was hit while parked in the driveway. On recommendation from a co-worker, and after researching reviews and going into a couple of other repair shops, I decided to take my vehicle to Craftsman Collision - Landmark Way. Ben was so incredibly helpful, professional and informative, from the moment we met. He made the process so easefull and stress free. My vehicle needed a paint job, which was completed within a couple of days and I was back on the road! The work was flawless and I was very pleased with the outcome! Ben was so kind and compassionate the entire time and really bent over backwards to provide me with as much information as possible and make sure that I was well taken care of throughout the entire process. Fast forward to August...I was in an accident with the same vehicle, which I took back to Ben at Craftsman. I received the same level of care I had previously. As I had never been in an accident before, everything felt so overwhelming. But Ben, Kevin and their receptionist Tamara, again, went above and beyond to help me through the process. Unfortunately my vehicle was written off and was not repaired, but I was so thankful for the support from their team while I waited for ICBC's decision. Ben even helped me remove everything from my vehicle at their shop, and transfer it to the rental! BIG thank you to the team, I highly recommend this location!

Wow - these guys are awesome. Helped with a complicated ICBC claim and I was overjoyed with the work they did. Not only was my truck ready one day later, but it was cleaned very well on the inside and looks like they gave it a wash too! Thank you for the great work!

The moment I walked in I felt the friendliest and warmest greetings! The lady on the desk when I visited the office 03/06/23 , explained in detail their processes to bring my Volkawagen Tiguan2019 to get assessed. Fortunatly according to their schedule they had a cancellation , this would had been a stroke of lucky day as other offices were too busy to take a assessment appointment. They were patience even passing along simple gestures like wifi password for me to look into my insurance paperworks! Lastly, as I assisted the technician to look at the car, I had mentioned the passenger door wouldnt close, he took out of his way to put a temporary-fix on to it!This team is well-organized and trained!

I brought my car in to Craftsman Landmark to repair a big scrape down the side. I checked out some other places first, but felt most comfortable here. Everything was seamless; they quoted on the spot, booked me in for a few days later, comped me a rental (ICBC) and repaired it even faster than they said they would. I probably spent less than half an hour on the property in total, and the repair looks great. Ben and Michelle were friendly and efficient, and kept me updated by text. Definitely a strong recommendation from me!

I had gone to this business to repair some minor rear-end damage. So I had left my car in their care while they were waiting on parts. While in their care, one of their workers drove straight into the front of my car, severely damaging the front end of my car. So what should have been a quick and easy fix has now turned into a complete nightmare. Weeks without me having a vehicle, and my car pretty much needs to be rebuilt.I, in no way, can recommend this establishment, considering the lack of attentiveness and blatant disregard they took towards my vehicle. Safeguards should have been in place to prevent such an incident from occurring. Consumer beware.In response:Kelly, the time it took to complete the initial repair was never an issue that I had, and the unforeseen circumstances" would be your technician crashing into the front of my car. Had a couple cracks in the windshield getting worse this winter so I reached out to the closest place near my work with good reviews.Setting up the appointment required a bit of patience (maybe due to covid) but otherwise a smooth transaction. Diedre & Mike were very pleasant to deal with and and to my surprise, they cleaned the car inside and out. Very nice touch.

Great Place. Fair with their estimate and did great work. Quick turn-around too. Would recommend.

From now on, this body shop will be my regular store. They fixed my car perfectly like a new car in a much faster time than I thought. Everyone who worked here was kind, especially Mina, who was a manager, explained the repair process in a friendly and detailed way. I'm 100% satisfied.

Are there zero stars on this?Absolutely horrendous customer service.They tried to fix my car but could never really fix the trunk. In the end, all they say is that it might be a faulty part sent to craftsman. Just blaming it on the other guys.First they tried to look for the lock nut key which was in the car for two days. Then they got the lock nuts removed which I don't know how and without my permission. Then they miraculously found the key from the car and put the lock nuts back on. Then they delivered my car with paint on my seats. Then tail light was not working and the trunk wasn't closing properly and I had to take my car back to the shop for two days. Now the trunk is out balance, you could clearly see it sticking out and they are telling me that they cannot invest in this anymore because it is not to my liking. They are offering me that they will talk to potential buyers regarding why it is out of balance. it could be a faulty part"Isn't this a body shop and aren't they suppose to fix car body issues? Craftsman collision is getting paid 19k from ICBC to fix my car and they delivered it without fixing it.Imagine paying 19k from insurance and a reputable body shop making these mistakes like not working tail lights
