This place is fantastic! I called in for a certain ring on their web site. Reena answered, explained everything to me and put it aside for me. She helped figuring out the size that I needed and went well beyond just selling a ring. Great service from all that work there!

Nice jewelry, but do your research. I bought a supposedly over 6 thousand dollar ring for my fiance with 70 percent off still paid over 4k. Well we got that ring appraised for insurance. Well to my surprise the ring was worth 4 thousand not 6 like advertised. 70 percent off to the normal price. What a scam

Disappointed with customer service and the manager of the store. I bought the product and asked them if we could change or get the refund. The sales representative said sure you could return in 7 days or 30 days exchange policy. I went to return my product and they denied to refund my money back and said we need to send it back.to check of this product is genuine or not I said when I bought why didn't you explain all this then they said this the policy and if the sales representative didn't disclose its not our fault. They kept the product and its been 10 days my money is not returned till yet. Pls advise what should I do.

The ladies at this store are darlings. My husband wanted to upgrade my engagement/wedding set. We walked into the store looking a little weathered I'm sure after a rough night. We were treated as kindly as could be. There's a long story behind how we settled on the final choice. A little hiccup in the process created moments in which these 3 shined. I must give special mention to Anna, Kristy and Linda especially. They handled said hiccup like true professionals. All of these ladies with their patience and their charm and kindness went the extra mile for us at every opportunity. They are the real gems in this Christmas story for us. While this purchase is especially precious to us in and of itself, the staff at this store have made this a story we will tell for a very long time.
