Warm welcome by Miss Sunny when entering the VIP store and wait only few minutes to exchange the TV box for upgrading. Although I did not buy anything by Miss Sunny was very patient and explain a lot of detail regarding their home security products. I do think I will come back to get this product once my removal done. Excellent service.

Absolutely garbage service. They emailed the day of plan expiration saying that they will automatically renew the next day. Emailed back to cancel but they never heard back so we called to confirm. The support agent said that they do not accept cancellations via email and only through the phone because they are too busy to check their emails. No where on the original email did it say that we had to call to cancel. When asked why they didn't they call about the renewal instead, the agent said they were too busy to call all their customers. When we tried to cancel over the phone, the agent said that we will still be charged for the full year.

Our family uses their service for many years without any issues. From last two or three years the company did an aggressive promotion that convinces people to have unnecessary device with lower fee and 2years contract. After few times communication I realize this company has nothing good. All phone plan and tv service are overpriced and easily replaceable.

Tried to cancel my services after being with them for over 8 years. They NEVER have a person that can speak a word of English to actually cancel my services. Every time they call back, it's just a Mandarin speaker speaking PURE Mandarin and have 0 English capability. Then finally they call you back with an English speaker and asks if I want to cancel, and I say yes. They ask if I speak Cantonese or Mandarin and I say Cantonese, they put me on hold and they will find a Cantonese speaker to cancel my services. But they come back and say they don't have any Cantonese speaker to cancel my services and they need to call me back later AGAIN. I asked the English speaker that called me initially, she said she doesn't have the 'right' to cancel. So it's been a week since I ported my phone to a new company, I still haven't been able to cancel my services yet. What a HORRIBLE company. Especially if you speak English solely, I'd stay FAR FAR away.

I have never received poor service when I talked to them.when I canceled the phone service, ItalkBB's cancel service department does not provide any documents to confirm the service is canceled and no email to tell the customer how and where to return the equipment even though I have been with them for more than five years. the worse thing is that the customer service representative does not know about the whole process of the service cancellation. why is it so hard to
