Very unresponsive and the person in charge of answering phone calls is rude and short. Bit of advice to the company don’t say to a customer “listen lady” several times. We’re the customers you should be listening to us and showing understanding. Not the other way around. You want us to pay for your service then start showing some good quality service.

10/10 experience. Everyone knew what they were doing & were very friendly while doing it. Took care of everything no problem with a fair price as well. If I ever need assistance again 10000% these are the guys I’m calling! Thank you all again.

Beware - this company will stonewall you and hold onto your car until they squeeze every last penny out of you (or your insurance company). I have reported Canada Freeway Towing to the Better Business Bureau but want to share the information here too.Initially, the tow truck driver (Mike) was super friendly and supportive to my friend who'd been in the fender bender (in my car). Then he and his colleague (Adam) stonewalled me for over 11 days (ignoring calls, text messages, and emails).They did not respond to the immediate and regular requests to release the car or tell me that they required a release form" to be sent. They could have told me that right away but they played dumb and ignored constant requests... Completely milking the system and taking more and more time to get back to me so that they could hold the car on their lot for much longer than needed.I was professional and polite the entire time and the worst

BEWARE - This company is a total scam. They will act super friendly at first and then hold your car hostage to make more money. My friend tried to meet up with them 5 times only to wait hours and then have them reschedule and claim there was an emergency. So disrespectful of others time. Shame on you for taking advantage of kind people in a vulnerable situation.
