CACAO 70 Sweet House

I would love to rate higher, but they food quality has gone down. My family has been a regular customer since they opened here…we used to order every week for our movie nights directly or over ubereats. The last two orders, both ubereats, were horrendous…they completely changed our weekly order….we loved their Choco Nuts Waffles. If I say changed, I mean completely different item. It had whole hazelnuts on it, not chopped not sliced, but WHOLE HAZELNUTS. The portion size was half the size, Ice Cream was missing. The belgium style waffles had no toppings, apparently that’s how I ordered it. Why the heck would I order a PLAIN WAFFLE! We called and were told that it was always like this, nothing changed!!! Will never order from them again. So sad, it was our favourite little weekly routine with the kids.

The ice cream here is delicious! The chocolate that they dip it in is so rich. There's tons of different flavor combinations, and they have lots of great hot/cold chocolate drinks and snacks. Perfect place any time of year and a dream for all chocolate lovers!!

I went here yesterday for the first time. We got an American hot chocolate (I think it was called) it was honestly the best hot chocolate I’ve ever tried!! The doughnuts were also really delicious and the staff were very helpful & polite. Excellent experience. Will definitely be back :)

Yummy churro donuts and cookies. They also have a promotion right now which is buy one get one smoothie! Staff was friendly and interior is pretty.

Judging by its location, it's a very busy little Cafe. I tried their carrot cake churro donut and Man! being a carrot cake fan, I can say I've never had a carrot cake donut that is as delicious as this. It was crispy, crunchy and yet soft inside. My mouth is watering as I type this. I'm sure it's one of their popular ones as I ordered the last one they had. My daughter tried their Matcha dipped ice cream and my brother tried their Triple Chocolate chip cookie. Everything tasted amazing. Highly recommend this place. The only issue is they have very limited seating, and usually are very busy, but their service is really quick.

received these as a bday gift this past weekend. there was a note on the box apologizing that they replaced cookie monster cookie with a diff flavour as they had run out.everything was delish. the donuts fresh and just as good on second and third morning.the chocolate dip was more than enough for the churros.im not sure which company was used to deliver but they just left it outside and didnt ring the bell it was only when the person who had sent these to me called me to check if i received something thats when i saw it probably after 30-45 mins after. communication at delivery times needs work rest was great.

This review is in regards to one of your employee Umeet kaur, a brown girl Very unprofessional and disrespectful towards her coworkers. She should know how to respect coworkers you never know how the person is feeling from inside and his situation, compulsion to do this kind of job, Management must think twice before hiring these kind of arrogant people.This comment is not to put her in trouble but this was just 10 minutes observations how I felt about this behaviour, and I don’t know about the person who is getting this kind of treatment everyday.Be respectful to each other place. Everyone is equal in this country.

This is a good satellite version of Cacao 70. A little limited in selection for eats but delicious drink options. I tried the dark chocolate milkshake and it was pretty good. A little light on flavour compared to the hot chocolate version (dark hot chocolate) but worth a try.I prefer Cacao 70 hot drinks and churro donuts so this will not be a repeat but it was a nice change all the same.Convenient location at the outlets for a quick snack!
