Joe is an honest person and was a pleasure to deal with him. He patiently showed me the blinds options I was looking for, and was on time in scheduling a home visit for me to choose fabric colours. Installation was quick and very tidy. His prices were very competitive to the other options I researched. I would definitely recommend this company! My blinds are stunning specially when i ask Google Home to open and close my bedroom blinds in the morning, i can even open and close my blinds while im away through my phone. Thanks Joe i would never imagine that i can talk to my blinds.

I'm not usually in the habit of leaving reviews but Joe inspired me to write one after he helped me get my existing blinds repaired. Joe's customer service is unmatched in all my years. His first and foremost priority is making sure you get what's best for you and your wallet. He doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need, and is very helpful in helping you figure out issues with your existing blinds. He's also extremely reachable and easy to get a hold of even at quite unreasonable hours!I didn't actually buy anything from Joe yet, but even though it's an hour's drive away from me, I know I'll be coming back when I need my next set.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Joe is like no other. Honest and respects someones budget. Everyone should purchase blinds from Joe. Quality and customer service beats any blind company. 10 stars!
