This little gem is an amazing place to try cakes, cookies and so much more!Their cakes look divine and the people are so cheery and helping!! ❤️They have a huge line every time I visit here but it's worth the wait ☺️

Decided to try this place after the sign on the door said fresh eclairs. Looks like a very good Bakery open concept lots of sweets and treats the chocolate chip cookie was fantastic and I still did not eat the eclair overall worth the visit it was the only place on the Lakeshore that had a lineup so that means something's good.

The best chocolate cupcakes and egg salad sandwiches. The empire cookies are alsp yummy. Very fresh and friendly staff. I came in once holding my baby and a staff was kind enough to grab my drink for me and help me out.

Delicious Black Forest cake and coconut cream pie. The cookies are a bit too sweet to me. But I can tell they’re all amazing desserts.For the not that sweet choices, you can go with their gingerbread. They’re so good!! I can’t remember how many cookies I got this season.

Kindest staff & managers; they have a beautiful display of treats. Every time I come here I want to buy everything. I've never been disappointed, this is a must try if you are in the GTA.

I'm saddened to say that I had the most unfortunate experience here. I've been coming to this shop with my family for a long time now, and have always recieved mediocre customer service. However, last week (April 27) I was extremely disappointed with the service I recieved. The staff members seemed disinterested and unhelpful from the moment I walked in the door. Despite being the only customer in the shop at the time, I was left standing at the counter for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When I finally managed to place my order, the staff member who took it was impatient and unfriendly. I asked a few questions about the pastries on display, but received curt and uninformative answers in return. I was made to feel like a nuisance rather than a valued customer. If you're visiting Oakville, there are lots of new pastry shops opening that have a much more inclusive environment and friendlier customer service. I would steer clear of this place.

I always wanted to try their TUNA MELT as i loveeee TUNA.I wanted to give it a try today. so I ordered the TUNA melt and had no Idea how its gonna look like or taste, i also got 2 of their VEGAN SAMOSA. I get them and come home open the box and i go OH MY GOD! that looks soo damnn YUM! honestly every single bite i was talking i felt in heaven! and then the samosa OH MY.... super duper yummy! i am just a BIG FAN of this place! not just good food but they girls working there are super friendly! so polite and professional! i dont think i will ever go to SUBWAY again for TUNA sandwish. i found my FAV place! thank you guys for such a good work and service! AMAZING!!!!

Love everything I've tried here. Been here multiple times and finally posting a review. Got the banana cream pie last week and it was a dinner party favourite. Also love the sausage rolls and chocolate chips cookies. Really can't go wrong with anything.

We all know that the chocolate chip cookies at Black Forest Pastry Shop are absolutely the best. I have recently discovered another hidden gem, their banana cream pie. I highly recommend that you try their banana cream pie, it's absolutely delicious.

I had the pleasure of trying this pastry shop with my family for my mom‘s birthday. They made a beautiful black forest cake that was delicious.The cake was light, not overly sweet. The whipped cream was fresh, and delicious.My mom said “this is simply the best black forest cake she has ever had in her life“.I would highly recommend we will be returning.
