Great honest service. Dhawal was very honest and professional about the whole experience. Didn’t try upselling us on anything we didn’t need. Checked air filters and was totally honest that we didn’t need new ones and also pointed out a random screw my last mechanic drove into our filter box. I highly recommend these guys. They even gave my dog treats while we waited.

First service experience was great until we got home and noticed a puddle of oil under the car. Returned the car the next day and bolt was tightened and refilled to proper level and offered a free oil change next service. Came in for the free oil change and was recommended to pay for this service and save the free one for next time I asked to just do the service this time took 10 minutes before anything had begun. Was then tried to be upsold on every product available, which I declined. The service than began and was completed with two minutes. Was shown oil level at a glance and upon going home there was another bunch of oil under the car...will not be going back.

Bravo to this team! Seriously, it was Saturday afternoon…lots of cars in the line up and the team was on point! Not only did it not take a long time for them to make their way through the line but when it was my turn, I was greeted by Tracy who was next level kind and personable. I unfortunately did not catch the name of the other technician but they had very cool blue highlights in their hair and they were professional and knowledgeable. During this busy time every person on their team was attentive and respectful. High quality device and high quality team and management. I was in for an oil change and I was very happy I went to this location.

Guys were awesome! Has a small metallic rattle coming on a cold start. Tech was great! Got right under and caught a loose heat shield right away. A quick tightening later and I was on my way! Really felt the tech went out of his way to do a quick easy job for me that would’ve cost me an inspection fee elsewhere!

Quick oil change and kind staff, however, the skid plate for my car was not reattached. Found out on Highway 7 when the car began to make a terrible smacking noise. When I got home, the fix took 10min. I also discovered they had not removed the plate, but instead bent it and attempted to work around it as the inside and filter was coated in fresh oil. Parts were missing from the plate due to the vehicles age and it was jerry-rigged on, but the staff did not inform me they removed what was holding it in place. Honestly, had they just said they cut a few zip ties and removed the new pins I would’ve been happy to fix myself, instead I had to find out on the side of the highway.

I have to say I was most impressed, I've been here many titimes the past dating back years. I drove in to get my oil changed and I was pleasantly surprised by an all female staff at that time. These women did a fantastic job quick efficient everything. I believe I have Amanda she was a wonderful, pleasant happy attitude keep it up girl!!

Everyone here is always super nice. I have been here before where I haven't quite needed an oil change yet and they've told me to come back later, and told me when to come back.They've never made me feel dumb as a young woman who isn't super knowlageable about cars, and they've never over sold me things I didn't need.I always feel very taken care of, the service is speedy, and the staff is very nice. This is the jiffy lube I will always go to!

WOMAN FRIENDLY STORE. Sorry to be sexist, but the relief I felt getting an oil change here was a breath of fresh air. Amanda’s costumer service was beyond exceptional. All those questions you feel too stupid to ask, or too intimidated to ask, Amanda had the answer right offhand, and answered them all instantly. The store was very clean. The oil change was quick. I didn’t feel taken advantage of. This will be my new oil change place. Keep up the good work! Thank you Amanda for a great experience!

We're seniors with but one car... Going on a bit of a road trip next week and realized we should make sure the car was also prepping for the adventure! First thought - into Jiffy Lube, because if anything looked amiss, they'd catch it and it would be solved before I left! Many thanks for that assurance, Jiffy Lube! Cheers to a great summer!!!

Noticed after returning home from an oil change that the engine pan was being hung on by only the front two screws and scarping on the asphalt.After looking under my car, I noticed they had tried zip tieing the back corner on to hide it.After calling and asking, I was told there is nothing they can do about it and to go to PartsSource for screws to fix myself.I am very disappointed and will go elsewhere from this point further.
