Absolutely loved the service here, the rental had a full tank and we pre paid so we didn’t have to fill up the tank at the end of our trip. They offered us cheaper gas as compared to what the price was in he city. Would definitely recommend them as they were very accommodating. Thank you!

The service was very good, both during renting the car and also on returning.I ordered Toyota Camry but decided to upgrade, the variety of the cars was very good, the car that I received was clean and in very good condition.It was the base model, but it had AA, CP and was fully equipped with safety systems like LDA, BSM, AEB, ACC, etc.

Arrived to find that they no longer had the vehicle I rented, and after offering me literally every car in the lot, I decided to wait 30 minutes for the vehicle I originally ordered. Germit and her coworkers really went above and beyond while I waited, they were so friendly! Would rent from Alamo next time without hesitation, despite the minor inconvenience.

The most wonderful rental experience ever.Excellent customer service & Very good prices (no unfair/hidden fees). They have upgraded our small car for a brand new SUV! Whenever I go back to Calgary, I would definitely/only revisit Alamo for future car rentals. 10/10 service !!!!!

Amazing staff. Had booked for a later time but the staff was friendly and handed me the car at an earlier time. Rented for a day and drove around 900 kms, the car was perfect and the staff examined the car and I wasn't charged anything extra. Manjot, Moiz and Brent were the staff members I interacted with and all of them were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them !!!

Office in the airport with other companies, easy to get to. Was no queue or waiting , unlike some other companies. Was provided with a good quality vehicle.Easy and efficient and friendly staff at actual car pick up and drop off.

Amazing service from Alamo at YYC. Pick-up and drop-off of my rental car was quick and simple. No hassle about adding any extra add-ons. Got charged the exact rate I initially reserved the car for. Car was in great condition. Would definitely book with Alamo at YYC again!

Would not cover my payout of a new tire replacement due to a sidewall leak. When I called in with the flat tire, they told me if I would bring it to a tire shop, they would reimburse me. When I returned the car the lady said she was not sure if they would. So now since I had not heard anything in one and a half weeks, I called them to find out. I was now told anything that happens to the vehicle while I have it in my hands is up to me, they do not pay back anything. So I hope this can save others, the surprise of any Bill's you pay out (mine was over $225.00). I did not buy the roadside assistance, because I thought a new car with less then 1,300 kilometers would not need a tow. So I suppose I should have read all the pages of fine print.
