Rust Check Truro

Good service, but damaged my car during an undercoating. It took 3 weeks for the bumper to be replaced and had ask them multiple times to fix it. They kept passing responsibility and was told it would be repaired at my convenience. I was told Mondays were too busy (Only day I did not have school all day), so when I eventually got a booking, no one at the repair shop knew who I was, what was to be done or had anything prepared for me. They did not have my name or number, so I had to contact them to get my car, that they damaged, fixed. One of the managers said it was a three day fix (HOW?) and that I would get a rental car. This never happened, so eventually a fella by the name of Morty took control and got everything fix within three days, and I kept my car the entire time. If not for him, this is a one star review. Management has no communication skills and will say whatever they need to to get you off their back. Good business if they don't mess up, but prepare for pure frustration if they do.

Excellent place for undercoating but the customer service part of the repair section needs improvement.
