Nationwide Restorations

Most of the reviews on here are 2+ years old, which is interesting because this company is terrible as an employer. A 0 would be more appropriate than a 1. They treat new hires awful making excuses and blaming them for their own incompetence. They are unprofessional in how they do their work. The women were catty and constantly making passive aggressive comments towards other employees and about the customers. They pretend they know what they’re doing, criticize the work of other employees but then take credit for it when the customer likes it. (Which in my experience wasn’t often). All that aside, DO NOT work for this company if you like getting paid and not having to fight for compensation of the work you put in. They’ll have you working for a week then ghost you without notice and without pay for the hours you worked. I honestly don’t understand how they keep people.

My husband and I used Nationwide Restorations for an emergency water damage in our home. The Nationwide team showed up almost immediately in professional uniforms and quickly had equipment in our basement drying out the floors. The nationwide staff was knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and respectful of our home.My husband and I absolutely recommend using this emergency restoration company.We enjoyed working with Tim through the stressful process.

At Nationwide I have found the staff are very professional and experienced. They treat each client with a great deal of respect and care. As a Realtor I refer them to all my clients. All my clients have only had amazing things to say about them . I would never use anyone else again .

Owner is clueless. Should of stuck to Donair shop as this guy could not complete a estimate or run a job if his life is on the line. He has absolutely no clue how a restoration company is run. Never met a more unintelligent nimrod. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Nationwide saved my basement during a flood, my sump had failed and my basement was taking on water fast. Joe, the project manager, showed up at my house and was able to remove the water, and dry out my basement with several large dehumidifiers and fans. The restorative side of the damages was quick and generally hassle free. This is the first time I’ve had to deal with a home disaster, but I would definitely recommend this company to one of my friends.Thanks again for your help Joe!

Dude wasted a day of my mom's time. Supposed to meet at 9 am and wound up moving the appointment twice until it was 2:30 pm. Then when it came time to diagnose the issue, he diagnosed the wrong corner of the house from the exterior. I asked for a report including what he believed was the cause for the damages so I could add it to my paperwork for the house. He said he would send a report including what he believes caused the damages. After prying he just sent the estimate again.Long story short, my tenants flooded the back yard before a storm. He blamed a leaky eves trough on the wrong corner of the house and instead of this being a tenant insurance issue, it was 2000 out of my pocket.He was quick otherwise though and came in when he said it was his time off.Overall I wouldn't recommend, especially for a rental property.

I have been a professional Condo Property Manager for years in Calgary and I use Nationwide for all my property needs. My Board of Director's are now using them for their personal renovations and recommend them highly. Great communication skills and excellent work!

Great company to deal with so far and they showed up when they said they would and made sure I understood what was going on and how they were going to move forward,Project Manger is very friendly and personal able,I would recommend this company to anyone

Iam very angry at this company.First of all I am using my real name, if anyone at this company cares to follow up (which hasn't happened so far).I am a contractor in Edmonton, about 1 year ago their general manager calls me to order work from me. Tells me he is in a rush . No problem.It's been one year of excuses, run around and ignoring, and I still not paid. First the manager misspells his own email. Then they tell me the whole staff quit. I showed text messages from the manager of him ordering the work. They tell me I don't have a PO number, well your manager kept adding to the scope of work.Phone calls are answered by some call center and never returned. I go in person they tell me to send an emails. Emails are never returned. You go to the office , there is pictures of the owner on business magazines, but the whole company is a re-labelling of Alliance restorations, which went out of business for a plethora of bad reviews from contractors saying they were stiffed.
