Honestly I’m SO impressed! I called Shannon (one of the owners) on Monday asking about the garland she had for sale, she was so helpful and kind on the phone. I purchased the garland on Monday, it arrived on Friday (I’m in a different province) beautifully packaged with a handwritten note. The garland is THE most stunning and realistic looking garland I have ever seen! Amazing customer service and amazing products (I also got gorgeous candlesticks, candles, bells)! Thank you, thank you!

I have had only the very best experience at this beautiful shop! The very first time I visited I had many questions, I had no idea what to do. I had a vision and needed help. Not only did I get AMAZING service and super helpful advice, I was gifted with a free sample to try!! I also noticed the beautiful gifts they have!!! Unique plants, blankets, pottery and so many cute surprises! I was very impressed and I will be back many times in the future!! A MUST see for any local Miramichi locals and visitors!! ❤️❤️

What's not to love about this store! Beautiful decor and housewares. Quality paints along with everything a person could possibly need for any painting project...but most importantly, friendly and helpful staff! 5 star recommendation!

Excellent service! Such a beautiful shop. Staff is incredibly helpful with all of our diys. Lots of tips and tricks offered. Left feeling so excited and inspired to start our next project. Also, they carry the most beautiful and unique items! Everything from furniture, exotic plants, paint to hand beaded earrings and other exquisite pieces. Can't wait to return!

We are new to Miramichi and were told that we needed to check out Crackle and Teal for decor and more. I’m so glad we did! Not only did they have the entire collection of Fusion Mineral Paint (which we love and use often for DIY projects), but the entire store was gorgeous with beautiful selection.We also were able to purchase all the paint we needed to freshen up our new home - on mega sale! Shannon went above and beyond and colour matched everything we had picked out (from another brand that we originally intended to use).Cannot say enough good things about Crackle and Teal! Can’t wait to go back again!
