I love these products! Very happy with the Potion K, I have aging skin and I use this product morning and evening and love the feel on my skin. I also find the chamomile scent very pleasing and soothing. Another product I really like is the shaving bar, it lasts a long time and again I love the scent. I also feel great using these products they are healthier for me and the environment. I also like that I can order the products online, very convenient.

EarthSplash is not only products.I discovered Nirala's Yin Yoga classes and it changed my life!I was 5 months post-birth with a broken tailbone and her sessions provided me with so much pain relief. What's even crazier was that my Pelvic Floor Therapist told me my recovery plan was mostly deep tissue stretching -- and all of the stretches were in Nirala's classes.I can't wait to attend one of her retreats and can't say enough great things about this practice.

Best natural products for eczema. I’ve been using the Tea Tree Intensive Balm for 5 days, and it has almost completely cleared up the eczema (atopic dermatitis) on my hands. I’ve had severe allergies and eczema since I was a kid, and recently my prescribed topical corticosteroid (mometasone furoate) stopped working for me, so I’ve had flaking, cracked, painful lichenification on my knuckles for about a year with no relief until now. Immediately after applying this balm, my dryness was much better and my hands felt smooth. After one day and night, the cracks had all sealed and I had full mobility in my hands again without pain from my skin splitting. At my current state of applying the intensive balm two or three times a day for 5 days, my lichenification and flaking has mostly softened and become normal skin again, with only two rough patches left in what used to be my worst areas. Despite having sensitive skin and a ton of allergies, I’ve had no stinging or allergic reactions to the ingredients.I honestly cried from relief when I woke up the second day and saw how nice my hands were. It feels like magic. If you or your kids have eczema, I definitely recommend trying this.

I participated in Nirala's Yoga on the Beach retreat in Tobago this year in February. It was like a week in paradise! Five stars are not enough! We were treated to wonderful accommodations, food and hospitality that were beyond expectation.

In February, I attended one of Nirala's yoga retreats in Tobago. It was fantastic. We had no worries - everything was taken care from the time the driver picked us up from the airport. Charlottesville is a lovely little village - not touristy at all which was so nice. The beaches and snorkeling were fantastic. Yoga on the beach was a new experience for me, but it was fun once I got used to it. Sabeta's cooking is absolutely amazing and I tried more new foods in a week than I have over a couple of years at home - there were so many unfamiliar foods and they were all yummy. The tours we went on were a lot of fun, and we had lots of time to relax. The accommodations were simple, which I like, and it was super affordable. I can't say enough good things about the experience!

I've been doing hot yoga with Nirala for over 1 year and I love it so much!! Her teaching style is amazing, supportive, clear, direct, and it allows silence to be with myself, too.I love the mindfulness integration that she brings to every class.She offers different kinds and my favorite is YIN yoga. For me is like doing an active meditation that allows me to connect with my body and my mind.
