Riverside Signature Banquet Hall - Surrey Event Venue

Nice Hall, well organised. Lovely chandeliers.They need to work on their TV output though. Quite poor video quality.

Grand entrance and staircase. The main ballroom itself is beautiful, with a sizable dance floor A/V equipment make projection possible and has bot good quality sound and image. Washrooms in good order, and there is a bar station at the back. I wish there was better parking, as for hosting large events in a suburban area, you need to be able to off more guest parking.

Banquet hall is good, food is good, servers are great. Only problem is that they need to schedule their garbage pick up more frequently. We went there for a party on Sunday, there was garbage smell all over the left side of the entrance

Our wedding reception at Riverside was absolutely fantastic! The service provided by Sanjeev and his staff was exceptional! Sanjeev went above and beyond to make our day incredibly special - from the beautiful decorations, to the lively music, to the delicious food. We can't recommend them enough for their outstanding service and attention to detail. Thank you for ensuring our evening was perfect in every way!

Our engagement party at Riverside Signature Banquet Hall was phenomenal. From the food to the service we were so impressed and received endless compliments. Bobby and his team were amazing and made sure the night went smoothly. We enjoyed our night while they took care of everything. Bobby helped us with every detail of our event from rehearsals , ensuring the food was hot all night, amazing decor and accommodating our DJ. Bobby kept in constant communication with us months prior to our event ensuring everything was exactly how we wanted it. Thank you Riverside Signature for hosting our memorable night!

Nice banquet hall with plenty of parking outside. Located on the upper floor with an elevator nearby. Lighting is pretty good inside with enough space for a large dance floor too for desi weddings

I really dislike having to give a review like this but I would give 0 stars for this banquet hall if I could. My family and I attended the Seerah Series hosted by Miftaah Institute last night and dinner for 800+ people were packed in takeaway containers. You can count how much food was given to each guest. The timing of dinner was very late, and it was shameful to see the type of food each guest received. My family and I had assorted butter chicken, mixed dhaal, cauliflower, and lamb curry in our packages and today we all have terrible upset stomachs. Many other attendees I’ve spoken to are experiencing the same symptoms as my family and I. I called Riverside to ask who catered the food and if it was made by the kitchen at the establishment or from an external caterer, the owner (I’m assuming) Sanjeev audibly got defensive in his tone and voice and said “why?!”, “why?!”; it was clear that Riverside catered the food and I told him that we’re all dealing with upset stomachs today which is completely unacceptable and a failure of food safety. Sanjeev said he would let the organizers know and it’s not the organizers fault, it’s the venue itself who probably cooked 800+ meals a day beforehand. This is a terrible experience and I definitely will not be attending or booking Riverside for any of our organizations’ events.
