Getta Tutor is amazing tutoring service. There tutors are knowledgeable and make every effort to make sure that student is getting the lesson. I reached Nadine for my 7-year-old kid for English reading and writing. She provided me with the excellent tutors. Nadine is very pro active in following up. I am happy that I discovered getta tutor. Having a tutor for my child was easy and they matched up someone that my child felt comfortable with. This worked great for my child to feel good about receiving help. The tutor can do in person and on line when required. My child's mark in math stayed very high for the year. If my child needs other areas of tutoring, I will definitely ask. I already have a tutor request for the next school year. Starting right off the hop, to keep my child feeling confident.

The Gr 8 transition to Gr 9 is very disconnected. Kids aren't ready for Gr 9 math and many struggle. Thanks to Cali she worked with my daughter and actually taught her math unlike the teacher she had. She ended the semesters in the high 80s. So thankful for Getta Tutor Cali and Nadine for reaching out to me.

I have been with Get-a-Tutor for a few years now. They jave a resource of teachers ro match every meed. My son has special adaptations and i have yet to be assigned a tutor that did not work well with him. So much so in fact, that I'm beginning to think school teachers didn't know their jobs! Even the best public schools have large classes, and teachers can't individually help students who fall behind. Parents are often too busy with jobs to help out or they or do not know the material involved. Leaving what solution? Tutoring! It's utterly essential to the ongoing functioning of the K-12 educational ecosystem in Alberta, and is finally gaining greater recognition as such. My son really likes his math tutor and is getting better everyday. I like the rates and how easy it is to schedule appointments. Win-Win all around.
