Honestly the best food I've had in a long time. The culture is amazing. The restaurant has a very comfortable environment to spend time with loved ones. It's definitely a hangout place. I'm very impressed.

For a Saturday night date night I opted to try out Jack Saloon since the official opening was this week. Wasn't packed at 6pm and they had seating available for 2. My wife got a lemonade sanglante (vodka, smirnoff, strawberry infusion, mint and lemonade). Said it was really really good. We ordered La Familiale" which is a shared plate containing a full rack of ribs

Not a great experience.For a Wednesday evening with barely 6 tables occupied the service was extremely slow, not to mention trying to speak English resulted in being ignored. Saw the waitress spend more time standing around doing nothing than serving the tables.The table we sat at was sticky, the cutlery was questionably clean, there were things stuck to the inside of my beer glass I only noticed after I drank half of it, couldn't say anything to the waitress as she'd been ignoring me...The food was terrible, the menu claims the burgers are fresh... No way were they fresh, they had that frozen beef texture, tasted like freezer burnt meat, extremely dry and barely cooked. Again we didn't see the waitress until 10 minutes after we finished our meal.Made the mistake of not asking for the bill and we sat there with no food or beer for what felt like 30 minutes before we finally caught the waitresses attention and got the bill.Needless to say, got out and never going back.

I rather eat McDonald's, I do not recommend eating here. My friend and I came to eat dinner on a Friday after a busy week. No diet coke, no steak, no sauce for your steak , no nothing , $14.00 for a mixed drink, are we downtown at a classy club? If you like sausage the ratio is in your favor.I rather log in to my oculus and have a virtual drinking party with girls.

1 star for food. Service was excellent, drinks just ok, and the atmosphere is very good! Don't need to go downtown for a fun night of dancing with friends. Next time I will eat at home first...

Excellent service, waitress and manager were very friendly. Chill vibe, there was a live band and a dj towards the end of the night. I had the Australian burger and its honestly, one of the best burgers I've had in a while. My friends had the beef tartare and the wings which they really enjoyed. 100% Recommend!!!!!!!

We were quite excited to go to this saloon. It's always busy and the car park is usually full so we expected a good experience. Jack Saloon is really inviting and clean. We were greeted by a hostess who showed us our table and everything was open and friendly. Then we waited. and waited. More than 30 minutes passed and we eventually flagged down a waitress who went to get our waitress. We ordered drinks and a starter then our main course. Starter was great (Tuna tartare) but the main course was a disaster. Some really dry chicken on a bed of shredded lettuce for $22? We had to ask for additional sauce because it was chewy and dry. The ribs were also dry with almost no sauce and for a full rack @ $30, it was a really small portion. The ribs had a super hard outer layer and wasn't fall off the bone" good. It had almost zero sauce and at least 30% of the ribs was so hard that I had to spit it out. Super disappointed with the quality of the food and definitely not worth the price.So if you want a place to mingle

Had dinner with friends. The food was very good, but a bit expensive. The service was attentive. We didn't have to wait long for our meals. There was a live band playing. They were good and the music wasn't too loud. We were able to have a conversation without having to shout.The only small criticism is the height of the chairs. My feet were far from the floor and I would have appreciated a cushioned chair.
