Bath Depot Vaughan (Woodbridge)

This is my local Bath Depot and every time I go in store, the staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They are great at finding solutions for the clients. Thanks to Amanda and Damion and the entire crew!

As a customer MultiTech Contracting, my experience interacting with your Assistant Manager last month was exceptional.with other customers in the store at Vaughan location she handled the situation with exceptional customer service. She was polite, shows complete competency with meeting all the customers needs and answers and suggestions to their questions and enquires. She works well under a stressful situation, she communicates well and I am sure all the customers on that day were satisfied with her interaction.

I personally think this is the best location. Great customer service. They answer the phone when I first called. I was able to pay over the phone with no issues.

We had the pleasure of working with Maegan. Renovation projects can be confusing and exhausting when you shop for items needed but she made the experience stress free and pleasant. She was very patient and professional. She followed up with us and answered all our questions and made it so easy to coordinate with our contractor. I appreciated how she was able to set proper expectations for us with respect of when the product will be available for delivery or pick up. Thank you Maegan for making a difference in our shopping experience.

My first time in BathDepot and it was a good experience. Lorenzo, the store manager was very knowledgeable about the history of the business, as I had inquired about it. I ordered a new kitchen sink as the one I wanted was out of stock. He kindly and thoroughly explained to me about when I should expect the product and the return policy. The store was tidy and they have a lot of different bath and kitchen products on display. I’m looking forward to my new single bowl kitchen sink. Which by the way was the only store I could find that had the dimensions I needed. Thanks again Lorenzo.

I went into bath depot Vaughan earlier in the week and was greeted by maegan , she’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to showers and faucets, not only was she cheerful but she provided me with her personal contact information and said I could reach out any time if I needed help with any outside of store hours and her schedule I will definitely be returning back to this location!

Sabrina was wonderful. She was patient and super helpful! She was able to answer all our questions and made us feel comfortable since this is the first renovation we are dealing with!

Having completed my renovations, I am extremely grateful to Sabrina for her on going assistance in helping me choose all that I needed for my bathrooms and kitchen. She is extremely knowledgeable, very patient in answering my questions and accommodating in pick up dates. She was really helpful in directing me for my bathroom renovations and when I asked for her opinions on selection she gave me great choices to choose from . We are rebuilding parts of the house and renovations include 5 bathrooms. We recently discovered the Bath Depot store in Woodbridge and received exceptional service from Assistant Manager Gurbax and Manager Lorenzo. Both of them are most knowledgeable, experienced and, importantly, honest. They gave us valuable advice and we saw them guiding other customers in an objective but helpful manner. We could tell they do not lead customers astray or push them towards any particular product.Bath Depot (Bain Depot) offers competitive pricing, making it an affordable option for almost all bathroom renovations. Not only are they helpful and informative, they are also pleasant to work with. They delivered what they promised and handled changes to our order in an accommodating way.We only wish we had discovered them sooner, as we had already rebuilt two full bathrooms before coming across these wonderful people and store. However we still have two and a half more bathrooms to be rebuilt, and plan to purchase from this Bath Depot store what the contractor will design. We highly recommend this store to anyone in Woodbridge (or anywhere in the GTA). You will find a great selection, good advice given in a professional manner, with competitive pricing. Adam
