Mark took great care of our family heirloom piano and did it all while taking proper Covid precautions. Friendly, professional, safe, what more can you ask for?

Just had an excellent visit from Mark. Mark promptly began disassembling the piano, and telling us about the manufacturer and condition of our old hand-me-down. Explained there may be issues and then set forth with the tuning; took about 1½hrs. My son has perfect pitch and said it was a job well done.

Mark was not only incredibly punctual (and I mean to the minute) but very friendly and thorough; he showed me things that I didn’t even knew existed on a piano and was clearly very experienced(25yrs by the way). When he opened it up there were a few things I already suspected were going on and he gave me completely honest feedback on what would or would not be worth fixing or investing into my current instrument and tips for maintenance. By the time he left I had an entirely new sound from my piano and I’m absolutely thrilled with the service. 100% would recommend to anyone else and will have him back again when it’s due for another tuning.
