Georgian Hot Tubs

Bought a Hot tub from Georgian based on my own research and from friends that had purchased from there. I researched and visited every retailer in Barrie and through the internet as well. I found the Hydropool series had great value and features for what I wanted and to top it off they had the color and model in stock! Just as importantly, I've heard that the Owners have top notch service and that is invaluable. Do your research but I wanted to make sure I had a company that brand that makes for the Canadian climate, These are manufactured in the GTA so they know our climate and it should stand the test of my needsI am very happy so far!

Best customer service ever! Hans is fantastic he is so knowledgeable very open and honest buying a hot tub from him was the best experience. We looked around at many other places and knew as soon as we spent an hour with Hans that Georgian hot tub was the right place. The team there is wonderful l, so helpful and kind. I have been dealing with Georgian Hot Tubs for years. The products are great. The customer service in store is awesome. When I book a service call the technicians go over and beyond for the job to be completed.

Helpful when buying and during set up of my tub. The Installer guys were GREAT! But seems like there’s two ladies at the shop who aren’t happy. They are rude to me when I come in and or ask questions or get water samples done. Maybe it’s just me…???

So this is a start of a beautiful friendship.Two weeks ago we signed for our new hot tub. After a lot of searching and investigating and researching we decided to go with hydropool self cleaning hot tub. It all started with entering Georgian hot tub. Greeted by Shawne and Terry. Giving us space but not to far away to answer questions. Tonnes of information and we’ll versed in their hot tubs. No pressure to buy their hot tubs either. Week later we did a wet test. In privacy Terry met us after hours. We stayed an hour trying out the two models, which I think that’s what signed the deal for us. They went over and above what other hot tub places did not offer. We knew that they were passionate about what they sell and more importantly that this is also about a relationship. On the day we went to sign the deal, Terry did a fantastic job. Meeting Hans the owner that day was also a highlight. So nice seeing the guy who owns the place working with and beside his employees. Such a great experience.Now the waiting game. Hope everything else goes as well as the original purchase. If it does we’re really really going to enjoy this hot tub and the Georgian hot tub family.Looking forward to some good times!Thank you Georgian hot tub!Update:Six months ago we signed for our tub. It arrived on Friday. Couldn’t be happier. Cody and his boys were here on time and guided us through the whole process. What an amazing team Hans has. Terry was great on the phone. Setup crew amazing.Only thing better would be a little better communication from when we signed to delivery date. Just a friendly call would have been nice. Almost thought they forgot about us.All in all five stars for Georgian hot tub!!

Finally received my new hot tub after a long wait due to the pandemic. The delivery went smoothly and the guys were great at what they do . Set up and running in 45 minutes. I had an old tub which was full so the guys pumped that hot water into new tub. Girls called within 1 hr with water analysis and tub was in use within 2 hrs ! Highly recommend this company for your hot tub needs.

Called at 9 Am, hoped to see someone today. They have been, done the repair and left. Very happy customer!!
