The North Campus.... the Learning Commons always noisy, even the so-called Library" on the 4th floor is noisy and almost impossible to study. Some (not all) of the international students are using this place as a "hang-out" area. I appreciate International students coming to Canada and contributing towards our great Nation of Canada. However
