Unprofessional and lacks bedside manners. Update: I had a sit-down conversation with Dr. Klein to address the issues stated above. The conversation went well and I'm happy with his service, he is skilled at what he does and I would give him 5 stars there. Bedside manners did improve and I appreciate the fact that he wasn't as cold (personality). Thus I'm increasing my 1 star to 4 stars.

Excellent doctor. He's a wizard at what he does and makes sure you're taken care of. Great sense of humour. Surgical staff at Humber fantastic. State of the art facility. Waiting for my next big surgery.. Hoping soon.. Covid making things slow. Always a pleasure dealing with Debbie, his office manager.

Fabulous surgeon. Puts you at ease and treats you like a human being without any judgement. He made me feel a lot better about going in for surgery for gallstones as i was very nervous. His assistant Debbie is so helpful and always phones back quickly despite how busy the clinic is.

Dr Klein saved my life 15 years ago and he saved my 2 boys from growing up without a dad. I've had 2 additional boys since, who would not have been brought into this world, if it were not for him. My family and I are eternally grateful. Thank You

Dr. Klein is fantastic!! Don't go to anyone else if you need this type of surgery done. I have mine done 4 days (double hernia!) ago and I am back at work. He is kind, friendly, funny and puts you at ease. His staff is attentive and on top of things. Professional and very human!!. I highly recommend him.
