Eternity Bridal and Boutique

Went here for a tux for my fiance (for our friends wedding, we're in the party), and I love the place now. The associate that helped him was very knowledgeable and helpful. My friend and his S.O. were there and had many questions and she was very patient and was honest with her opinion, not just acquiescing to make a sale.I recommend anyone who hasn't been there in at least 2 years to go back and give the place another chance. The store is under new management and unlike the snarky and condescending previous owner, this woman is actually a nice person. My fiance and I are getting married in 11 months, and we are definitely using them for our own wedding.

Great selection of Stella York Bridal gowns as well as a great maids selection.

I wouldn't rate any stars if that was an option. For starters my dress, mother of the bride, was twice as much as the bridesmaids and not as elegant. Today is Tuesday, the wedding is this Saturday, the tuxes for the men just came in yesterday and only 2 out of the 5 fit right. The other 3 are too small but yet everyone was measured. Now they won't be in until Friday. So what happens if they still don't fit, then what? Lastly, the brides dress was delivered in March, the seamstress has had her dress since April 10th. The bride went last Monday for a fitting and the dress still wasn't done. She goes again tomorrow and hopefully the dress fits as it should. I will never recommend this place. Between all the dresses and tuxes it was almost $4000.00 which does not include the alterations that were done. Really not impressed!!

I went in to Carol Lee as a last option. I almost did not go because of the reviews on here, but went as I was in dire straight for a wedding dress for a week from today. Madison was the girl in the shop and she was absolutely wonderful. Explained to her that I needed a dress for next Saturday and she went right to helping me. We found the one that I loved but it did not quite fit and need alterations. Being so close to Christmas and a terrible ice storm I was starting to really freak. She ended up calling the owner and sending a picture of the dress to her who then contacted a seamstress and I was able to go right over and be fitted so it would be done by Thursday. I can not express how helpful and wonderful these people were to me, they have made it possible for me to enjoy my day. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

I currently live in Scotland but my wedding will be in Canada and I was unable to get a Justin Alexander Barcelona jacket, which I need for my Church ceremony, anywhere in the UK or Canada but Jackie was able to organise an order of one for me just 3 months or so before the wedding. Then was able to have it shipped to me in Canada due to covid restrictions. Whenever I emailed to make an enquiry Jackie responded extremely fast and kept me up to date. I would definitely recommend Eternity Bridal for finding your dream wedding dress/outfit, they will go above and beyond for you. Thank you Jackie!

Great service and a wonderful staff. I ordered my dress and my bridesmaids dresses and although there was a huge bombshell dropped when Alfred Angelo designs went on the fritz and all of the orders couldnt be completed, Jackie and Tia saved the day. They found dresses for my girls and a even better dress for me. I would recommend everyone to check out this store if you want to find great quality dresses, great prices and amazing help to make your day special.

My daughter, her friend, and I had the pleassure of visiting the Potsdam store. I had set up an appointment date and time prior to our visit. Both girls were looking for dresses for a local prom but the appointment was for my daughter. Upon arrival, we checked in at a front desk. The shop was busy and we were told to browse the dresses and where we coukd find which sort of dress. We started to browse but had very little interaction with a shop employee again until we returned to the front desk to ask questions. We were allowed to browse books and have some questions answered. My daughter and her friend were measured. Just as we were ready to leave, a shop employee brought out a gorgeous blue dress that we had not yet seen in the shop. I had seen this same dress on the Facebook page and encouraged my daughter to try it on. It was love at first sight. We purchased the dress and brought it home. We ended up having a few alternatives done close to our home.Our only recommendation would be that more attention is given to those who schedule appointment times. We had no interaction with anyone while at the shop except for the woman at the front desk after going to her to ask our questions and ask to be measured.Sadly, in our area, there is little opportunity to purchase prom or wedding gowns so having this shop is wonderful and necessary!Thank you Eternity Bridal!

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing my wedding dress shopping experience was! I walked in with a lot of anxiety and self-conscious feelings and walked out feeling like a beautiful bride to be! The dress options were fabulous and there were many different styles to try on to give me a range of options. The third dress I tried on was my dress!!! I am 100% in LOVE with my dress! I also had an appt to get my Bridesmaid dresses that day, and we picked those out in about 20 min! They are exactly what I wanted!! The group that came with me had a great time as well! It truly was everything I wanted my dress shopping experience to be! Tia Bush is the fabulous lady that helped us and she is awesome! She made me feel super comfortable and beautiful and was so encouraging as I was trying on dresses! The boutique is definitely lucky to have her!!

This place was phenomenal, we had a very short fitting and didn't know what to expect but I will admit they know what they are doing. The tux for prom fit like a glove and everything was in excellent condition. Very pleasant staff and prices. Will be returning for the next several years

This is a great place for your rentals or dresses. The ladys who take care you will do their best to do everything for you. They are tremendously accommodating and wonderful to work with.
