Cutie’s Nails

Amanda did an excellent set for me! She was also very friendly and answered all my questions patiently. My friend told me about this place and though there are mixed reviews here and their ig isn’t that appealing I decided to give it a shot. I always do the latest trends but have found it impossible to find a place that can do what I want in Brampton. The last place I tried had all fancy glitters and jewls but once set was finish it end up bulky and nothing like pic I showed. Here, they didn’t have the newest product but the shape and overall it looks perfect to me.

I asked for shellac on my regular nails and it chipped the very next day. During the process of getting my nails done, the lady was very rough when using the nail drill that it left the side of my nail irritated and red for nails. During the process, she also refused to remove the previous colour they put on all the way. She began applying the polish on my nail that still had left over product from last time. When I asked her to remove it right away she began being very aggressive with the drill once again. Not to mention, the entire nail appointment, they were rushing every step. I had called a few days later to let her know the nail polish was chipping and I don’t know what went wrong this time when they did my nails. The lady said she would call me back and when she did she was yelling and saying how it is my fault as a customer and then cut the phone call. Instead of holding customer satisfaction and ensuring that ur work is perfect, she took an offence to this complain and reacted in such a disrespectful manner. After this she did not pick up and when I walked into the salon to speak to her she was hiding behind a wall. This is the most unprofessional and disorganized salon I have ever been to… the customer service is non-existent. Do not even waste ur time nor ur money to give this place any business what so ever. Very money stingy people who cannot do the job right.

i got acrylic nails done here today and they look so good. i showed a reference picture and she got all the details done beautifully. a little expensive but definitely worth it! will be coming back

Jennie always does amazing creative looks on my nails and she’s always open to doing new things. Everyone there is also very welcoming.

It’s just wastage of money. This guys increase the price for this cheapest stupid nail paint . Very disappointed. I never come back . When I visit to store for compliant. These guys are not serious. After3 days it came out of my nails . I need my refund. First time this is happen with me .

I got my nails done on November 11. They were acrylic.My nails came off the next week. And lasted only a week. I was in shocked because I never had a problem like this before.I asked them if they could fix the broken nails. They refused and asked to pay them an fee. Then, cut the phone without hearing me out. This was very disappointing from my ends.Keep in mind this is the first time going here usually I go to Nail 4 you, Tammi nails or Paris Nails. Usually if I have a problem at another nail place they would fix it right away and care more about they customer.Also my nail set would last longer. The service is much better as well as, nails last so much longer. Save your money and spend that same amount at a better place.I decided to go to this location since it is very convenient to home. Do not go here especially if you are getting acrylic nails done.It was an mistake from my ends.It is a rip off and nails do not last a long time.Also the service is not really the best I feel like this place is greedy and only care about money. I can see the reviews that were post say the same thing about this place. It is true.

I've been going to this salon for a few months now and I generally love the quality of some of their work. It's a bit inconsistent however. Recently I got nails for winter that were gorgeous (blue glitter ombre with snow flakes). But prior to this I've gotten a very simple translucent white which was not very well done and one of the biogel nails ended up really thick and uneven.I think their prices are pretty high. A week ago I got my biogel nails removed and they charged me $24.86 when it shouldn't have been more than $10 (comparable to others in the area). The winter ombre set I got which was just a refill and design cost me $80 which is ridiculous.Solely because of price and inconsistent quality I don't think I'll be coming back.
