We hired a contractor to do our basement. After almost finishing the basement, we found out that he is not licensed to do the electrical work. So, want to make sure that the work is done without any safety risk of fire or electrical shock.We are fortunate to have Neil to fix the mess. Neil is extremely responsible and always offer clear estimate and how he will proceed to do the workFirst, he went through all the work done by the previous contractor and give us a list of the thing that cause a risk and with evidence( pictures). Neil use many communication means to have the message very clear, he will write a long clear email endorsed with pictures, make call and he also uses text messages. If in case we have a question, he will answer right away either by email, phone, or text messageNeil, found out 13 safety issues that can cause either fire or electrical shock. And, he fixed them thoroughly.Neil is extremely honest; you can sense this when talking to him and through his email when reading between lines. He gave us an estimate and shared that it can be more than estimated, as we have to remove the drywall to check more the work done by the previous contractor. While Neil is in process of doing that, he shared with us the accuracy of the estimates. We paid at the end less than the estimate.At the end, we are very pleased with the work done By Neil. The electrical safety authority approved that our basement is very safe and legal. We just want to say a huge THANK YOU TO NEIL. We will always deal with you and we will be happy to recommend you to colleagues and friends because unlike others contractors you are very honest
