This shop is by far the best I’ve experienced. Ken is extremely professional and friendly and get things done in reasonable timing. I strongly recommend visiting this shop if you have a European vehicle!!! Absolutely love this place

I'm on a long road trip (multiple months) and I came in for an oil change.I wish I lived in the area or even Vancouver so I could have this place as my regular mechanic for my older e46.Very knowledgeable, fair prices, kind and most importantly does the job right!Though it was just an oil change based on the level of service and discussion I had with him about my car I would trust them with all repairs. Only thing I wish there was no sticker left on my windshield as it has left a sticky residue.This place was like a breath of fresh air in the vast disappointment and frustration I am experiencing in finding mechanics that do the job RIGHT while being on the road in a new place all the time.Wish this shop all the success and good loyal customers!

Ken was awesome! very fast, very efficient very honest! i would definately come back as they are my first choice for everything big or small. 5 stars isnt enough... they are a 10!!!

A quality independent shop is preferable to an authorized dealer once the warranty period is overKen and Anthony are very good at their trade.They focus on products they know......Merc, BMW, VW, Smart etc.Best of all you speak to the person doing the work instead of a service writer who may or may not know what they are talking about.Give them a try. You will be glad you did.

Our car got towed into Hood Star in really rough shape. Despite the circumstances of choosing this place, we really could not have been happier! They were friendly, prompt, and extremely accommodating. Our car was fixed ASAP and when we went to pick it up we barely recognized it as they'd really gone the extra mile with a wash, wax, vacuum, and fix of other repairs we hadn't even mentioned. We were so thrilled with the service here that even though we're moving out of the city the whole ride home we tried to tactically plan trips to Vancouver around our repair/maintenance schedule. I just bought a 320i BMW e46 2001 5speed manual 3months ago, my car started overheating and I thought it was something small like changing the coolant and thermostat, but he took a look at my ride notice what is wrong with it, I thought it might be a sensor but I thought maybe I need to get a new expansion tank an he told me not to waist money on something that is no needed to be change, so KEN took it in, installed a new water pump an thermostat an now my car has not overheated since!! looking to get more done here in the future!!
