Just spent 2.5 years working with Ritebite (all offices, thank god for that flexibility). I’m so happy with my experience. I had braces as a teen with another company, this round as an adult was so so much better. They are flexible with payments and appointments, their pricing is fair (and fast). I had many estimates done ahead of this adventure. My kids are starting braces with ritebite now and in a few years. I would absolutely do it here again. Everyone is so kind and friendly no matter the day.

Ritebite is the worst orthodontists around. All rookies work there. They strung us along for months on my sons braces just to gouge us for money. And my daughters teeth weren’t fixed properly. She has seen a different orthodontist now and they say Ritebite didn’t even fix the problems. They didn’t even address some of the problems in her mouth. My daughter is now getting her third set of braces because of Ritebites negligence. Trust me. If you or anyone in your family need braces do not go to Ritebite. They are a joke and only care about money.

What a team! Big fat thank you goes to Eva (Hygienist), Ewa -(Assistant), and Dr. Lou. Thank you for being patient, while answering my endless questions about the RiteBite process and procedure. Helpful, friendly, and more importantly, kind! Kindness rocks! They made me feel comfy and explained every details, as well as they offered me some tips and advice about my braces. Again, thank you for your expertise, smile (even hiding behind a mask), and kindness.

Difficult period (COVID) to have kids in braces / Invisalign, but all and all, Ritebite managed to make it work. Thanks for your efforts, our kids' teeth are all the better for it!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jenna did a fantastic job re attaching my lower retainer. She was very gentle and did not make the experience uncomfortable what so ever. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent experience, very professional and quick. Also the price was the biggest factor for me, seems like Ritebite charges the least in town but still provides amazing results!

I have neglected going to the dentist for years due to poor experiences but decided it was time. Went in to Ritebite Orthodontics and they completely changed my view. The girls up front, the manager, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They even helped me to understand my insurance coverage. They made me feel comfortable, explained every detail, as well as put together a treatment plan to help me get my teeth to where I want them while working within my insurance coverage. Will definitely continue going here.

The doctors and hygienists at Ritebite were such wonderful professionals to work with over the last 2 years. At every appointment, they made me feel comfortable and did their best to educate me on my treatment plan. They continued to accommodate me and make changes accordingly until I was completely satisfied with my results. Definitely recommend this practice!

Very slow paced treatment and felt like wasting so much time. Rude staff never address clearly what the plan for the teeth would be and likely kept avoiding the issues patients asked and very self-confident. Also was not ever responsible for the patients by hurting my mouth and made me so uncomfortable and the doctor only always objected to that was not his problem and never faced the facts and never apologized. Also, not allow the patient to go to the washroom during treatments. Very terrible experiences, never recommend.
