I called the dealership where I bought my car and was offered a repair appointment next week because they are in the middle of winter tire changes. Really? People wait until the end of May? Ok.I called Sherway Nissan, explained the situation and that I work in healthcare so I need my vehicle to visit my clients. And I want it to be safe. I was given an appointment the next day. They were quick, incredibly courteous, and absolutely amazing. This is my new preferred dealership. The other place wanted my money but not my longterm business. That's ok. I found that Sherway Nissan cares about me and my vehicle. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and will tell all my friends!

I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from Sherway Nissan, and I must say that I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful throughout the process. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and provided me with several options that met my requirements and budget. In specific I would like to mention the 4 people that assisted me during this time; Gary, Frank, Charles and Delvin, I know them very well and they greet me every time I come. Overall I would recommend Sherway Nissan as my number one dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I purchased my beautiful car from Tony and Gary, and words alone can't describe how grateful I am. They were kind, honest and truly what costomer service is all about. Tony answered all my questions with patience and explained everything perfectly. He is truly a person who cares about making the customer happy. From the moment he greets you, to the moment he says goodbye with his warm smile I felt as if I was with a best friend. He really is one of the kindest and caring people I have ever met. Gary is the kind of manager who actually shows care. He is so nice and genuine. He takes the time to sit with you and makes sure everything goes smoothly. His class and honestly truly sealed this purchase experience for me as one of the best. They both went above and beyond and I am truly impressed. Nissan should really take the time to acknowledge these two individuals and recognize how amazing they are!Now about the car... I am in love! It drives beautifully. The interior and exterior are clean and spotless. As I enter the car it is an automatic smile and I am so happy with my choice in the Pathfinder. It's an incredible car and Nissan really made a great one!My review is honest and I truly mean every word. Scammers! Don't buy here!I called about a new car advertised both on their website and auto trader for $60,828 plus taxes and licencing fees... I'm told the vehicle is available for sale, but was told by Orest the sales person that its mandatory for me to buy ceramic coating (which hasn't been applied to the car yet), and an extended warranty.. totaling over $8000.not legal according to omvic!!!I'm not a difficult customer .... if you want to add mandatory fees to your cars, put it in the advertised price.very shady!!

I needed to buy a new used car for the first time in many years. The salesperson Delvin was very helpful in suggesting a car for me. He and Gary, the manager, were a pleasure to deal with, giving me the confidence to buy without pressure. I’ve had my Nissan now for five days and keep discovering new benefits; highway driving is beyond my expectations. Very pleased with my purchase and the dealership’s high level of service.

Completely disappointed with the service provided on Sherway Nissan.I did 4 scheduled maintenances with them and in 2 they put the vehicle's integrity and my family's safety at risk due to errors in their process. in December 2020, I performed the 8000km maintenance and after driving to Niagara I felt a strong smell of oil in the car. I checked the hood and the technician had forgotten to close the car's oil cap. The engine and bodywork were oil-washed. Now, on the last Friday, July 2nd, 2021, I performed a new 32000km review and this time, when I was leaving with the vehicle, I decided to inspect the hood and to my surprise, another error. The air filter was left fitted in the middle of the engine and the air filter reservoir empty. When questioning the employee, he informed me that it was an extra part and that I would not be charged for it. I asked if the engine was the place to put extra parts and he noticed that the filter had not been replaced. He looked for the person in charge of maintenance who apparently did not want to see me. The customer service employee was the one who replaced the air filter in the correct place and apologized saying that he couldn't do anything else.I have completely lost trust in the service provided by Sherway Nissan and am reconsidering to remain a customer of the Nissan brand.

I have leased both my current and previous cars from Sherway Nissan, and I am very satisfied with their services. Delvin Rondon, my salesperson, has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. He is friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible deal.The dealership itself is flexible and offers good discounts, making their prices competitive in the market. However, I have noticed that their part department can be quite expensive, and I have found better deals at other shops. Nevertheless, the service department is top-notch and efficient. They always provide me with quality maintenance and repairs, and I have never had any issues with their work.Overall, I highly recommend Sherway Nissan for anyone in the market for a new or used car. The excellent customer service provided by Delvin Rondon and the dealership staff, combined with their flexible pricing and competitive deals, make them a great option for car shoppers. Therefore, I would give them a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars.
