Canadian Western Bank

Incredible story of caring about a client that messed up at the atm. While making a deposit, I put the wrong paperwork (copy of draft) in the CWB atm and it also ate my card. (all my doing) Got a call from Pauline at CWB the next morning. She had my card and paperwork ready for pick up and ensured the deposit was corrected without any delay- when is the last time your bank called to help you?Amazing part is… the deposit was to their online bank and not CWB, but Pauline still took care of it. (although I bank with both) This type of customer service would never happen at any of the other big banks, they do not care. That’s why CWB is rated high and almost all the others are at the bottom end of the scale.

Love walking into Canadian Western bank. No lines and people actually help you. I was tired of dealing with teenagers only interested in selling their own company's funds at the big three banks, much happier here.
