Kibo Sushi House - Woodbridge

Kibo" means hope. And if you're hoping for tasty takeout sushi

There are a lot of places to order sushi from in Vaughn. However, there are very few places that offer high-quality sushi, especially through delivery. I am writing this review because my order last night was top notch. I feel that nowadays, with every restaurant being on Uber or SkipTheDishes, that the quality of food and the quality of the delivery order in general has completely tanked. This is not the case for Kibo. Everything arrived exactly the way we wanted, all of the temperatures were exactly the way they’re supposed to be, and the quality of everything was 10 out of 10. It was extremely evident that the quality of the ingredients used are extremely fresh, and that the team pays close attention to making sure that every single garnish was of high-quality. I requested that the chefs roll my maki with the Nori on the outside, rather than like a California roll that has the rice facing outwards. That’s how I like them, and it seems that nowhere rolls them like this anymore. So thank you chefs. We will be ordering more often. Everything tasted exceptional and everything was packed up with attention & care. Kudos.

Fantastic and high quality takeout Japanese and Korean food. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and the staff and owner always very friendly and attentive. Wether you grab a small karage chicken and rice lunch for yourself or a large dinner boat for the family with plenty of dishes and variety, KIBO never disappoints and delivers best value around! Highly recommend

Our go to restaurant in Woodbridge for Sushi. The staff is so wonderful, service is top notch. The sushi menu has ample of choices, try their torched scallops roll called Aburi, it’s their signature dish and taste so good. The vegan Mochi is delicious as well. Very easy to find their location, service is great and the quality of food is what makes us keep coming back!

Woodbridge is really lacking a good sushi place, most of them are average" at best. So when I saw a 4.6 for this place

Gave Kibo another try today and it was much better than my first experience. Rolls were regular size, items were fresh. Order was also ready super quick!

Busy at lunch time with the school students, but the lady was so kind! I wasn’t in a rush and placed the order and came back to pick it up.It was great and fresh. Loved it

Horrible sushi, its unfortunate because the kibo locations in toronto are very good but this was horrible. The order didnt come with chopsticks, soy sauce or even wasabi (how am I suppose to eat it, dry?) I didn't even finish it, I threw it out because it was making me sick eating it.
