Worst customer service ever ! Absolutely no compassion. I was trying to book an appointment to put my cat down and that was hard enough for me to do. They could not schedule anything (they say for at least 3 weeks!) nor they wanted my business it seems as they redirected me to go to another place. It was the closest vet to my house and I wanted to avoid unnecessary stress for my pet by going on a long car ride as he is suffering right now. Awful experience. I will NEVER use this place again. I had used other vets before when I lived downtown and had to put down another cat. They were absolutely wonderful and understanding. Nothing like this place. I certainly will not recommend it to anyone.

Dr. Schembri and Fiona are amazing! The care they take and work they do is unbelievable! Everything from our medical issues with diabetes to his dental work. I firmly believe our loved family pet would no longer be with us if it wasn't for great people at Maple Vet Clinic!Thanks a million J,J and Bob!

I wanted to take my little 10 week old kitten in to get some follow-up vaccines, which he had taken from another clinic, and was so rudely talked to on the phone with who I assumed was the owner. She said We are booked until September. Try to find somewhere else.

Maple Veterinary Clinic has been my vet since 2001. They took great care of my first dog and now my second dog. They are like family. Sav is an amazing Vet. Very knowledgeable, very kind and very caring. They have been there for me in good times and in bad times and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Only come here for little procedures. After they did surgery on my dog Billy he has been constantly infected. They did another surgery on him and botched it (left stitches in him and got infected) we went to another vet and they were appalled. Where did you get your medical license from? Terrible. Only come here if your dog needs a vaccine or something extremely minor. Mashallah my dog is still ok

Been trying to get a hold of this vet for over a week to order food and the line is always busy. Not reliable if you need prescribed food for your love one. This vet has gone downhill fast. I recommend going to a more reliable vet.

They have a kind and gentle way with their animal and human clients (which I appreciate, even if my doggie doesn't :)A quick update 06/23: Sav and Fiona are always amazing but our visit yesterday was just beyond all expectations. Had to bring my rescue doggie in for a shot and blood test. I was apprehensive as to how she would handle it. I guess I needn’t have worried. They had her chomping on liver cookies—she didn’t even notice she was getting blood drawn. After the med stuff was done, the staff spent time patting and feeding her. It was so kind, and such a great experience for her. Going to the vet will definitely be her new favourite activity. Thank you!(Pup took a nap while we finished up)

Dr. Schembri and the staff at Maple Veterinary Clinic are truly passionate and caring.It takes a special person to be kind, and patient but most importantly understanding.Dr. Schembri is all of that and so much more.His thorough exams, detailed explanations and dedication to my pets is so heartwarming to watch. It shows he really enjoys his job and makes them excited to step inside.I wouldn't trust my fur babies with anyone else!

I loved going to this vet but since their hours changed, we had no choice but to stop going here. For someone who works during the week, we found 7:00 pm too early to get to the vet. By the time we come home, pick up our pet and bring him to the vet, it's time for him to close. Dr. Schembri doesn't even work weekends. How is that suppose to help us? Shameful.

I had a very good experience at Maple Veterinary Clinic. Sav was very knowledgeable and thorough with his examination. Both Fiona and Sav had patience with my extremely stubborn 80 pound black lab :). The medications and treatments were a quarter of the prices of other vets I have been to. Overall the staff are great people who love what they do and care about their patients .
