Stopped and had a couple of iced caps, before we continued on the Yellowhead highway to Lloydminister, Alberta. As you can see the Motorhomes and motorcycles are now out.

Very bad service two times we order and they give wrong i order 3 plain crriosants toasted butter and lettuce tomaato and 3 hasbrowns and we are missing with 3 hashbrowns and the sandwich lady has very bad behaviour i really disappointed and they even not pick my call what the hell

Not entirely sure if it's a location specific issue or just the franchise as a whole. But often when I order a Sausage breakfast Sanwich I get Bacon. And when I order coffee with 2 milk, I get coffee with 2 cream. It's gotten to the point where I'm done going back to ask them to fix the issue.

They did not know what a double double" meant. And then asked if it meant two creame and two sugar and said "it is annoying for us" when they dont know how much to add.Sign is half burnt out.Espresso machine was broken/they didnt want to use it.No iced caps.Not good"

We had stopped at Tims around 3pm on our way back from camping and it was surprisingly fast and all the workers seemed very friendly. At that time in the day at Timhortons I rarely receive my food in such a timely and friendly manner like that so I was quite impressed with the staff at this establishment. Another thing to mention is the food was properly wrapped and stacked so we could access it for the road which was another surprise. Usually i get one or two of the things I’ve mentioned but this place hit all the nails on the head.My literal only complaint is that there was only 1 drive through open but that really hardly has to do with anything.If 1 Tim Hortons had to represent them all I’d definitely choose this one.

It’s crazy how slow this Tim Hortons is!Have lived in this town for a couple months and every time I come here I’ve waited 10-15 mins each time for a simple meal for one person. Don’t be surprised at the minimum 5-10 min wait befor your order is even taken then another 10 mins to get you a bagel and coffeeLiterally no effort to get any orders completed in a decent time

This place takes FOREVER! Go get coffee at the gas station it’s way faster. When you do get the coffee they are unsure if you ordered it what yoi ordered.

We showed up pretty late about 1030. Thank goodness they were still open. Thanks for the delicious coffee.
