Took my phone in in desperation, and wish that I hadn’t. What I was previously told was going to be an hour long assessment took 24 hours for me to show up and they have already replaced the screen on my phone without giving me a quote or asking for my consent as previously stated they would.. I was forced to pay for the fix to get my phone back even though, again I was told I was leaving it with them for assessment. 256$ later I’ve now purchased the expensive screen repair on the market I guess. My phone has not worked for one single minute since they “repaired” it. The screen goes Black constantly and now refuses to even light up. They used a non apple part to “fix” my iphone meaning there’s no way for me to honour my contract with my phone company and return it.Not happy with service at all.Update: phone fixed after 2 weeks of not working, owner has called me multiple times to change my one star review.

Had my iPhone screen replaced and I’m not satisfied with their work. The screen is very unresponsive especially near the top and bottom edge. There’s white light leaking on the bottom. The screen is not fitted evenly around the four corners. Don’t know if this is because of the quality of the screen replacement or just that the guy didn’t do a good job. Either way not a good experience.

Repeat miscommunications after I call them, twice in two instances the message never went through to the technician and I ended up wasting almost 3 weeks of no work being done on my computer repair when I thought they'd started already.At least got no charge on diagnostic work, but something clearly doesn't work communication-wise, can't speak on quality of repairsUpdate: the owner called me asking to take this review down a couple hours after I made it, saying it's not his fault and it's hard to come by employees that actually wanna to work and yadda-yadda. I get it might be frustrating, but for the sake of transparency, even if its not the owner's fault, this is still my experience with the store. Also if you don't see that many negative reviews, it might be because the owner called them asking for the review to be taken down. Just something to keep in mind.

HUGE thanks to you guy! My iPhone was ran over by a car, by some miracle everything worked but the screen was destroyed. You were able to fix it in HALF THE TIME and at HALF THE PRICE other big repair chains had quoted me. You're the best!

Dishonest operation, seriously damaged my computer and refused to take responsibility. I will be filing a complaint with consumer protection. I brought them a *working* laptop for a battery replacement and after a ten day ordeal they returned it damaged, not starting at all, claiming that it never actually worked. When I brought it initially, they asked to leave it for a day. The next day they called me that they wanted to cleanup the fans and do some diagnostics" to which I agreed. Two days later I called back to ask what was happening and they answered that they have already started repairing the graphics card connection

I had a very bad experience here. I phoned to ask if they could replace the battery of my Google Pixel phone, and was told yes. When I arrived, I was told it was risky, it could damage the screen, and they would not be responsible. I therefore decided to purchase a new phone. The next day, I discovered at another store it was easy to change the battery, and I did it. I went back to return the phone that had been sold on the basis of a lie about not being easy to repair. They refused to take back the phone. I refused to leave the store without a refund. They called the police to kick me out. This store is not a place for honest service. Zero stars!
