Took the family out for ice cream and some food tonight, when i returned the order of small onion rings (which should of been large), i was pleasant about the mix up, but cannot say the same for the young lady working. Really like she gave me a very rude look, just handed me the new order and turned her head in disgust !! Maybe you should give these employees a lesson in customer service as it seems there not very pleasant at the Exeter location. PS maybe if they let the customer order properly and not cut them off after every word, they would get the order correct ( MAYBE)

This is a regular place we visit...just for the convenience... definitely not the attitudes we're given but we do get what we order. Our last visit a week ago I noticed the buffalo sauce used was different...but I know suppliers are getting harder to get items from.

Wanted to get a special cake for my boyfriends mom for her birthday and they exceeded our expectations! Staff was all amazing to speak with and they went above and beyond with the design of the cake (Belle Princess theme). We could not be more happy.

I ordered a cake from you on Sat. Oct. 1st. I give my best compliments to the person who decorated it. The cake exceeded my expectations and the birthday boy our puppy loved it too. I wish I could share a picture for all to see how wonderful the cake was. Thank you so much.Linda

This was the most horrible take out experience. The chicken burger was hard as a rock 10 times over cooked. The gravy was ice cold. Forgot 1 fry and no spoon for the sundae. The cheeseburger again was hard as a rock and cold.The girls in there completely ignored us and once served us was rude. Take the grill out of this place and only have the ice cream because these girls show zero interest in the grill part of their work. I think if your local your good but anyone passing through beware. Zero stars if I could.

Went through the drive thru with the wife tonight and got a couple blizzards in Exeter. On the drive thru sign it says served upside down or the next one is free. They didn't flip either of the Blizzard's over and when I asked for my free small Blizzard coupon the young lady said that they don't do that in drive thru and said she wouldn't honor what the sign says even after showing her the picture of what the sign says. (Picture shared below).I've been to many Dairy Queens and every single one flips the blizzard over and if they don't and you call them on it they will give you the small Blizzard coupon. So why is it only Exeter that doesn't do this and won't honor what is clearly stated on the sign?This also isn't the first time I have brought this up while getting a blizzard. Your teenage staff would rather argue then do their jobs properly or honor what dairy queen offers on their own menu when you ask them to.

A quick stop and DQ for some dinner proved to be delicious and unexpected. This quaint DQ had wonderful service and polite employees. A rather small eating area but more than enough room to accommodate 3 or 4 different families.Some ice cream options were gluten free although the meals did not appear to be gluten free with some breading showing up in one of my parties package of fries.
