Great customer service! all thru email, not ideal for me sometimes but they always replied and handled my issues very quickly. I really value a company that stands behind their products and service's and CamDo has proven exactly that.

I have been using these cameras for 3 years now. My first camera had a million and one issues and I wanted to give up so many times. Customer service is tricky being that their is no phone number and they are in a different time zone. I had a faulty camera and they sent me a new one, had a faulty upblink and they sent me a new one. 2 years later and 3 camera systems I think I finally have it all figured out. I have 3 separate projects going right now. Every so often I run into an issue but they are now easily fixed. Like all technology sometimes it misses a trigger or an upload but once it establishes a good signal missed footage will be uploaded.

Customer service was completely unacceptable. Cables didn't work. Took a month to finally get a cable that did work. Then Internet Key for Sim card didn't work. Tech support were ill-informed of Hero11 camera as well as the Mac operating environment. CloudX offers broken link when trying to download an image. By the time I got it working the project was completed by more than 2 weeks and I was out a client and $4500 (cdn).*Edit: Since writing this review staff has reached out twice to try and make things right which says a lot.

We purchased a BlinkX controller for a GoPro Hero 5. It worked like it should for several month and recorded a timelapse of a construction project.But after some time it just refuses to record any footage, the unit or the software appeared to be broken. It also killed the software of the GoPro, which is now unusable.We contacted the support. At first they weren't very helpful and looked for excuses to not replace it. But it the end they sent us a new unit, which is working fine again.We also have a second unit, which runs since a few years without any problems.

Great product, great service, UI needs a little work, but for the price it can't be beat.

I have used the CamDo Blink, BlinkX and Net Blink to operate cameras autonomously in Antarctica. Over 2019 to 2021, one go pro camera took over 7500 pictures without ever being serviced, and did so continuously through the long polar night as well as the polar day".
