Iko sent Driftwood shingles of two different colors. Now they want to rip off the shingles and have “them tested” the different shades are clearly visible even after months of Instalation. From supplier to roofing company and shingle manufacturer no one wants to take full responsibility while my “new” roof looks like this. Disgrace!!!

IKO is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their shingles were defective and they refused to give me compensation in accordance with their warranty. DO NOT BUY IKO PRODUCTS!

To whom it may concern:June 27th/2016I had to contact for a secont time Royal Roofs who had installed a new roof on our home in Aug.2012.On July 29/2015 the IKO shingles were slipping off and buldging.Royal Roofs came to the home and repaired the shingles.Now today June 27/16 called Royal Roofs re the same problem that existed last year. They came the same day to fix the shingle problem.Per the owner of Royal Roofs he stated that the IKO shingles are defective and that I should contact IKO re the above problem.Note: These shingles are only 4 years old and why are we having problems?Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.A.M>Tombs, Brampton, OntarioPlease respond

I like most of Iko locations they are pretty quick at loading u and getting you out, just wish they would update their hours on Google so I know what time I can get loaded at.

Do I really have to give a single star?! Buyer Beware! The IKO shingle warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. My shingles were installed with a 25 year warranty yet need to be replaced after 16 years. Don't expect much from their warranty department and prorated formula for reimbursement. It would cost me $225 to remove the two sample shingles and send to IKO for their review" using Canada Post via registered mail. Based on the number of bundles that I would need to shingle my roof

Worst company to work with. Treat their employees like computers and will blame you on performance. Do not work with this company if you want happy work place.
