Had an exasperating experience visiting this Wendy’s Location.Google mentions this outlet is open until midnight, but while passing through Cornwall, we started calling the store since 11:05 PM to place a pickup order but no-one answered. We reached at 11:23 and the outlet was closed. There was someone inside cleaning and when we knocked, they didn’t even bother to tell us they were closed. The person just ignored us and when we tried, the door was locked!!Exasperating!!

The food is fine, normal and similar to other locations but two stars is for the fairly consistent lack of customer service skills at the drive through windows.Listen, I get it, nobody wants to work. When we DO go to work.. especially in a place dealing directly with others, we smile and leave the tiredness, grumpiness, or apparent displeasure of people at home!Smile, user manners, make eye contact, make it a pleasant experience! If you can't, then maybe consider doing something that doesn't include having an effect on others days.

I ordered spicy chicken and i got empty regular burger sandwich. Girl was chewing gum whole time and did not pay attention what she was adding to bags. Before i left at least i noticed that one of my sandwiches is missing. Total joke service

This was such a terrible experience at this location, I truly did not feel like I was that Wendy’s at all. Waiting 10 minutes to go through the drive-through, I would have left if I could but being three cars in there was no exit. After waiting almost 20 minutes to order, I was extremely surprised to be told to park my vehicle and wait in the spot to have the food brought out to me. The real wild thing about waiting 15 minutes for the food was that when it was received, it was freezing cold. The two reasons why this perplexes me is; 1 I believed it was taking time because of it being made fresh, 2 it was an extremely hot day outside and the air temperature was warmer than the food! Also, the food did not taste like Wendy’s. I would not recommend this location at all (an hour for Wendy’s?), actually it would be in a “place to avoid category”!

The food at Wendy’s is always great which is why we keep going back, unfortunately the skip the dishes part sucks. The food always arrives in a sealed bag but is a sure bet to be wrong and cold. Why is it that many smaller restaurants around Cornwall have no issues delivering correct and hot food and yet multimillion dollar Wendy’s is satisfied continually dropping the ball….. heads should roll

It was super busy. 2-3 Kiosks,online orders,counter and they were keeping up! Staff worked well together filling large and small orders!I would recommend this Wendy’s location!
