Kent Storage

We’ve parked our boat and trailer at Kent Storage for two summers and they are always easy to deal with. The location is super clean and very secure with gates and key cards. They always answered the phone when we called and have been very accommodating whenever we’ve needed it. We will be seeing them again next summer!

Not run very professionally. The management did not reply to two emails when I was giving them notice we were out of the storage unit (it had been inspected and cleared already), and requested the deposit back. They sent me an e-transfer finally, and the question said,What is the answer?" So

Amazing service, I brought my RV out there last week and they took very good care of me. Very high security and in a good area in Agassiz. Would highly recommend to families and friends. Talk to them for all your storage needs.

Kent storage-I quickly needed a place to store items for a while. Of the 3 sites that are closest to my home, I will say that Kent storage was the most responsive. Woodside storage took more than 48hrs to call back. It was also pleasant to hear that the owners would decrease the rate of the unit, if I paid in advance. I went to view the unit, the outside lighting is almost non existent so bring a flashlight with you if the sun is setting. I met the manager, hard working woman with a very polite daughter (this is why they are getting 3 stars) We signed the contract and I completed an e-transfer for the sum. My mistake I misspelled the email address, so I got a phone call promptly at 8:30am next morning with an agitated man telling me the payment had not gone through and to check it. I then corrected my mistake and within a few minutes got another call asking about the payment. I explained that it was corrected and the sum should be arriving shortly (e-transfer is not always immediate). The 10yr old I met at the site that assisted me with my contract was far more polite and professional than the man who negotiates prices for their units. If the owners of Kent storage are that concerned about payment, perhaps they should consider getting a debit machine or accept credit card payments, but I get the feeling this would dip into their profits, so would rather harass 'renters' with how slow their e-transfers are.

I have stored my motorhome at Kent Storage three times. The storage site is secure with an onsite office. They have always been accommodating for our short storage window and are very prompt when texting questions. I will definitely use them again.

This storage yard is safe and secure. Have stored here for quite awhile and its been great. Super helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
