Beautiful facility, a real gem in Vancouver! Fully equipped climate controlled gym with free weight mirrored area, a/c yoga room with full length mirrors, universal and elliptical machines that overlooked the saltwater lap pool, Jacuzzi, large steam room and infrared sauna. Accessible only to the five parcels within Olympic Village, also known as Southeast False Creek and formerly the Athlete's Village for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.

It has a complete set of weights, benches and machines for workouts, also a yoga room, the only disabantage is the ceiling is very low, doing chin ups make your head crash it

Great little fitness facility available to residents of several surrounding buildings. Pool, hot tub, steam room and gym which has several cardio machines such as treadmills, ellipticals and rowing machine, weight machines, squat/bench press rack and freeweights as well as a yoga/stretching room. Since the people using it are all residents of the area I feel like there's more incentive for everybody to keep it clean and follow proper gym etiquette, in contrast to larger public fitness centres. My only complaint is that the gym smells strongly of chlorine, presumably from the pool.
